not sure what’s going on. usually the cookies are good but last night they were raw. once we took a couple bites we went back inside and asked for a new order. great got new cookies and they were underbaked AGAIN. all they had to do was leave it in the oven longer especially after just giving back raw cookies smh.

The place is very clean and the staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. Overall great place to get a cookie from when you want one late at night. svtyuon was a great employees managing to handle customers and orders at the same time

Not consistent with their serving size. Found out this place had cereal ice cream and I decided to check it out. First time I went the cup that the ice cream is served in was completely filled and the dome lid held the cereal toppings. Second time I went the ice cream was slightly below the brim. Last time I went the ice cream was significantly less with the cereal toppings filling the empty space. The last two times the cereal tasted stale too. Probably won’t go back since there’s no consistent portion and I don’t want to spend money to end up being skimped.

I bought the 4-pack, which costs $19, but when I went to pay, some cookies were extra. I thought they'd be better than the Crumble Cookies because of their high price, but I was disappointed. They were all soft and very, very sweet. I like sweet things, but this was excessive. They were very thin for the price—a steal. My stomach hurts after eating them

Delicious cookies! all sugar cookie based cookies taste like regular sugar cookies. If you order a cookie and cream or fruity pebbles cookie do not expect it to taste like anything besides a sugar cookie. The sugar cookie overpowers anything else they try to add to the cookie. If you’re not a sugar cookie lover be sure to stay away from all of the cookies that uses sugar cookie mix. You won’t taste any other ingredients no matter how pretty they look.

The cookies are amazing every time I come here I am pleased. They are the perfect texture. Soft but you still get a nice slight crunch. They are also a nice size
I have had the most incredible experience! Never in my life have I ever ordered from this store. I was so disappointed with other dessert places because either the cookies are way too sweet or too bland. I was greet with a clean atmosphere! The store smelled amazing like fresh cookies. You ever watch a show or movie and they have that aroma that makes you float in the air?! That was me today! I was greet by a women with black, Curly, hair and gold glasses. She was so wonderful and cheerful. The staff looked busy and focused. I know they take their cookie business seriously. The woman was so kind and showed me all the different cookies. Plus she told me her favorite was the brownie cookie. Which thanks to her is now mine too!! Please come here! What a wonderful dessert place! I will come again thanks to the woman and the wonderful staff. I wish I caught her name so I could thank her. I think it was janel? Perhaps Jannelly? I could be wrong! But she was wonderful! Thanks so much’n

I picked up an order, a box of cookies and a milkshake, the milkshake was not covered well, they put it in a white bag made of thin paper, when I got out of my car and grabbed the milkshake the base of the bag was soaked and all the liquid spilled and the cup fell on me and my car. This was an Uber Eats order, the customer was left without their milkshake and I felt bad with them because of the store's carelessness and wet therefore I cannot continue making orders today. Please be more careful with the milkshakes make sure to cover it well and deliver an appropriate box not an unsealed bag.
