…I walked in and the worker told me it was buy, it was empty inside and only had three online orders…I was told to wait 30 mins. The ice cream is so good but the service sucks. I am giving this a one star because one of the workers had a ski mask on with a short sleeve shirt it didn't make sense.

Cookies were obviously great, but we were missing a few — they did say that they had run out but surely youd give us a few free ones? If you cant sustain your menu, then close earlier

Been ordering here for a few months now, always love the variety and always enjoy the product. Wish they just did my chocolate chip cookie with brownie filling more lol.

not sure what’s going on. usually the cookies are good but last night they were raw. once we took a couple bites we went back inside and asked for a new order. great got new cookies and they were underbaked AGAIN. all they had to do was leave it in the oven longer especially after just giving back raw cookies smh.

The place is very clean and the staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. Overall great place to get a cookie from when you want one late at night. svtyuon was a great employees managing to handle customers and orders at the same time

Not consistent with their serving size. Found out this place had cereal ice cream and I decided to check it out. First time I went the cup that the ice cream is served in was completely filled and the dome lid held the cereal toppings. Second time I went the ice cream was slightly below the brim. Last time I went the ice cream was significantly less with the cereal toppings filling the empty space. The last two times the cereal tasted stale too. Probably won’t go back since there’s no consistent portion and I don’t want to spend money to end up being skimped.

I bought the 4-pack, which costs $19, but when I went to pay, some cookies were extra. I thought they'd be better than the Crumble Cookies because of their high price, but I was disappointed. They were all soft and very, very sweet. I like sweet things, but this was excessive. They were very thin for the price—a steal. My stomach hurts after eating them

Delicious cookies! all sugar cookie based cookies taste like regular sugar cookies. If you order a cookie and cream or fruity pebbles cookie do not expect it to taste like anything besides a sugar cookie. The sugar cookie overpowers anything else they try to add to the cookie. If you’re not a sugar cookie lover be sure to stay away from all of the cookies that uses sugar cookie mix. You won’t taste any other ingredients no matter how pretty they look.
