This is what the called Rasta pasta and to be honest this is no where near what Rasta pasta supposed to be the. There is no sauce or it was over cooked and dried. It taste like dried cheese and overcooked penne that’s it. This is my honest opinion I’m originally from Brooklyn where I ate Rasta pasta from footprints. The jerk chicken was okay I can’t complain too much about that

HANDS DOWN THE BEST JAMAICAN RESTAURANT IN ESSEX COUNTY!!!!!! HELL THE BEST JAMAICAN FOOD IVE EVER HAD. We only went for the patty deluxe. After tasting the rice, we ordered the platter. LORD I AM GLAD WE DID. The Oxtail!!!!! The Rasta Pasta!!! The RICE!!!! cooked to perfection ..no mush.
Please do not change the chef, the ingredients or the recipe!!! Absolutely DELISH!! the wait was worth it.

They recently added fry chicken to the menu, and honeyyy with the curry goat TOPNOTCH CUSINE!!! I LOVE THE LADIES ,SO MUCH THEIR SPIRIT IS PURE!! YOU CAN FEEL IT AS U WALK IN.....SUZIE Q big up all when mi call u Sandra u nah correct mi lol love n love alone!!! Ohh u get tea r coffee free on the house. Just ask :)

I ordered the oxtail mac and cheese and oxtail tacos, and unfortunately I was disappointed. The portion size for the oxtail mac and cheese was very small for the price of $14.42, especially considering it was mostly macaroni with only a little bit of meat on top. The oxtail itself tasted overly sweet, almost like sugar had been added, which overpowered the savory flavor you would normally expect.
From the presentation alone, the dish looked messy and overly saucy, with grease and liquid pooling at the bottom of the container. The lettuce and toppings also appeared wilted and soggy rather than fresh. As for the oxtail tacos, they were extremely soggy and fell apart immediately when handled. They were not structured like traditional tacos at all, more like a soft wrap that couldn’t hold the filling.
Overall, the texture, portion size, and balance of flavor did not match the price point. I expected richer, savory oxtail flavor, better structure in the tacos, and a more generous portion for what was paid.
