found blood in my burger! it was clearly not well done as I had requested. I called just now to report the issue and was shocked that no one even apologized or offered to make it right. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

I got a Double Char Burger with cheese and onion rings. The Char burger was made very well, perfect sauce to burger ratio. What surprised me was the onion rings, those were some of the best onion rings I've had. And Shaney and everyone there did a fantastic job serving us! I recommend, my friends told me about this place and it's great!

I'm leaving this review because this place consistently impresses me with its cleanliness and friendly staff. ...something you don’t often find at burger joints. Just walk into any Smashburger and you'll see dirty floors and messy tables. Here, the customer service and cleanliness stand out, and the food is great too, with plenty of non-meat options for someone like me. I've come here with my husband after work and with friends and their kids on weekends. The only downside is the very busy parking lot. It's not ideal, but at least they have one!

I wanted to try the habit chain and unfortunately this was not great. Admittedly the food sat a few minutes as we drove home, but the burgers were wet with little to no flavor - teriyaki burger was a mess. Chicken nuggets were very over cooked as well as the fries. The staff was nice.

Food is fresh and looks perfect not sloppy. This is the best option and has many healthy options

I happen to pass by this place more than a month ago and have to say I haven't found a better burger , also their chicken club , salads , I'll never go anywhere else again for a burger , they beat 5 guys , Wendy's , BK , McDs,

lady was upser i dodnt want to tip....gave me ONE patty instead of 2. smallwr than a mcdonalds patty.

Excellent food service. Burgers are very good and juicy. They have salad bowls that are very filling and delicious. Close to public transportation and right off the bus line. Friendly service and a great atmosphere to dine in.
