I visited this restaurant three times consecutively and was disappointed each time. I ordered the spicy chicken Asiago club sandwich every time, and they consistently messed up my order. Either they didn’t provide me with the exact item I ordered or they forgot something from my order. I’m not sure who takes the orders, but it’s always a complete mess. They need to pay attention and listen carefully to the customers.

I wondered that beautiful girl staff forgot to give me my Medium Drink as I ordered a set of Medium Spicy Chicken with MD Drink to sit and enjoy eating in this Wendy's. But in the shop is not crowded, so I can get back to ask for it. People who ordered online food, please check food for sure it's completely before take away. The most important for me and many people from very far need to use toilet but here it's full of mess, I found. Please keep it always clean. Thank you.

Food was ok. They didn’t follow specific directions regarding a combo, didn’t have ANY sauce besides ketchup. Flies all over. Had to ask for napkins. Guy who took our order kept asking if that’s it?? Very impatient even though there weren’t many people in there

forgot half my order and were missing toppings on burger. Didn’t have 2 fries in bag, spicy nuggets, or any bacon on the bacon double stack. Don’t understand the confusion, very disappointed
Picture one shows my salad order . The attendant had no courtesy to say there’s no pecans for the salad . I went back to be told there’s no pecans .
Went to second Wendy’s to get the pecan ( sounds strange but a pregnant woman craving must be satisfied). Second Wendy’s charged $3 for the pecans that first Wendy’s should’ve given.
The issue is, terrible service not the first time and it’s always the same issue , NO PECANS.

Awful customer service after 4pm WORSE SHIFT fries always dry tasteless cookies look like sit all day the females yarn alot by the fries lord know wat do when cooking no one wears hair net gloves just unsanitary! This use to be my favorite Wendy's 11 years after Monday night experience with the attitude employees the females ! Will not b returning because im to nice but I will snap back with the quickness im not goung jail over a darn meal / employee there's 17mn with only 3ppl ahead me that were all together 6 working. 1 register & window 3ppl working register 1 and she bagging Rediculous

waited half a hour in the drive thru line because they closed the inside when I arrived at 11:59.
went back on Saturday and they seemed confused about my order after waiting for a about 10 minutes for just one item and handed me my order aggressively.
went back on sunday night and the drive through line was down the street, and the girl at the drive thru gave me an attitude and made me wait a long time for a mobile order.
it’s multiple issues I encounter at this location and I will be going to a different location from now on.

Someone needs to explain to food service workers that gloves are not worn so that you can just indiscriminately touch everything. You're handling food or wearing gloves, take your gloves off before you touch money at the drive-thru. And then proceed to touch your hair and your uniform and everything else with the same pair of gloves on. It's disgusting! What's the point of wearing gloves? Take the gloves off and wash your hands! You don't need gloves if you wash your hands enough. All those gloves are doing are cross-contaminating everything you continually touch when you do not take them off for hours on end.
