I'm very pissed off with this USA Wendys. Its incredible that the Dominican Republic Wendy's have the best Chili. 95% of the time I buy Chili in USA, its a soup of beans with 2 or 3 pieces of meat. You guys gotta do better with this because it's a $4 "Large" cup. So disappointed!!

I did a drive up pick up the other night and ordered a #1 meal which consisted of a Wendy’s single, fries, and a coke (medium) along with a large order of chili. After pulling out and half way home, I realized that my drink had not even one ice cube in it! Once I arrived home and opened my bag, I had no crackers to go with the chili. The hamburger was a sloppy mess! What the hell is going on at this location? It’s not like they were busy! The dining room was already closed. There was nobody in front of me or behind me at the drive through so I don’t understand why they can’t complete a simple order!

The sandwich I order suppose to come with nine strips of bacon and I got 3. The sandwich suppose to not come with onions, pickles, tomato & lettuce and all of that came on there. I got 3 things of bacon. This place has no Ice. Terrible customer service too.

Friday night shift both front end ladies one was working the cashier and the other was bagging the food, they gave me the wrong order so I come back in and then get ignored by the both of them until I had to show them they still have my order and then still somehow manages to give me the wrong food to my order. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place 0/10 customer service needs to be fired asap.

I use the drive thru. Usually fast and the food is good. Once in a while my order is not completely correct so I always check the receipt and bags.
Parking: The parking lot is not super big but it has a good number of spots, it is usually not full. There is also a shopping complex across which can be used as well.
