Could not get service even when I went to the bar and asked. They were not overly busy even for a Friday. The kid behind the bar seemed under the influence and said that only the 1 guy bartending could take our order. The bartender looked at us and walked away. Horrible experience and I will never come back.

Avoid this place. Multiple times I have been seated for 30+ minutes without being seen by a server or even offered a menu. They seem to have their favorite regulars and those are the only people they are interested in giving good (or any) service to. STAY AWAY

The food is always amazing !!! We always enjoy the gobblers, wings and black bean bites. We also love the drink menu. You can always find something new and exciting. Tonight we had Matt and his energy was so positive and exciting. My younger son said it was prob the greatest waiter we’ve ever had !!

Me and my family went here to get some food. We were starving after a long week. Worst Service Ever Came to The River of Beer expecting a nice meal, but it was a total disaster. We got a table, but sat there for nearly 3 hours without a single server coming over to take a drink or food order. Unacceptable. We finally gave up and left. Won't be back.

Absolutely amazing service. The appetizers were amazing, drinks absolutely wonderful, and the server was so kind. The food I ordered wasn't very good *in my opinion* and without asking as I didn't expect it, he comped my food. Absolutely above and beyond, will be back!!

I’ve been here a few times and the portion sizes were fairly good. My last and final visit is tonight. I paid $14 for a dry burger. You want fries add another $3. The bun was bigger than the burger and the fries were cold. They are no longer in my rotation of places to go.
