Wow, Karla Jimenez cake was the best decision for our baby shower. The cake was an absolute dream especially for the photos. The pineapple cake was moist and delicious - many of our guests never had Dominican cake before and was wow’d by the flavors. Responsive and punctual. Coming back for all our future cake needs

Communication was on-point, the price was reasonable, and the cake was ready at the time it was promised. On top of everything else, a nice gentleman at the front offered to bring the cake to my car. I recommend Karla Jimenez’s Cake without any reservations. The presentation was amazing, just as the picture I shared. The cake itself was fresh and you could smell it. The taste of the cake was outstanding. The cake was moist all throughout. I ordered half guava and half pineapple. You were able to taste the fruit itself. The frosting was devine. I recommend karla’s cake for all your cake needs. It is my #1 place to go. I traveled 45 minutes to her shop and it is worth it. You will not be disappointed.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of the cake. The cake does not look nothing like the original picture. And this is not my first time requesting a cake from this store, the first time was a great job. But this time… I’m very disappointed with how it looks. Comparing it to the original idea. When I went to pick it up first, the pink wasn’t noticeable so I asked if she could add some more. But if I knew she was going to make it look worse I wouldn’t have asked. I’m picking up this cake for my baby shower for tomorrow. So unfortunately I can’t just leave without a cake. I hope this doesn’t happens to you.

So glad I chose this bakery for my sons 13th bday party! I asked for an Oreo cake with cookies n cream filling and gave a picture for reference and asked for his name to be in the font of one of his fave games, Deltarune. They nailed it! It looked absolutely perfect and he was so happy when he saw the deltarune reference. To top it all off it tasted delicious and was not overly sweet. Also their cookies n cream macrons were SO GOOD! ALSO, it was all reasonably priced. I will definitely come back again and refer to everyone. Thank you! ☺️

I had a great experience. The process of ordering is easy and she sticks to her quotes. Totally affordable and fair pricing. Usually beautiful cakes don’t actually taste good, they just look good. But her cake was delicious! She is very busy. I went into the store to ask questions unannounced and she made time to talk to me briefly about the details of the cake. She was super sweet and warm and helpful! I will definitely be returning. Not just for birthday cakes but for her shop items at well. She sold me an excellent slice of bread pudding.
