What an amazing hidden gem! Sushi is my favorite go to meal and I have to say this is some of the best sushi in Morris county. Amazing quality fish, very fresh and delicious. We got a bunch of sushi and shared. Everything was my favorite- the Spicy girl roll, fried rice appetizer, yellow tail with jalapeños, even the regular rolls were excellent. The menu had so much variety it was such a nice experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated on a great location on Main Street. After sushi i went to robins closet and a few other shops downtown. Such a fun girls day. I can’t believe I’m just discovering this place now. Definitely a must go to sushi restaurant.

Boonton Sushi House is hands down my favorite spot for sushi! The fish is always incredibly fresh, and every roll is packed with flavor. The Spicy Girl roll is my absolute favorite — it’s the perfect mix of spice and deliciousness. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and every visit feels like a treat. Highly recommend if you’re craving top-notch sushi!
PS. Great lunch menu! I use them for luncheons all the time.

The food is very delicious. But the service needs to improve. Everytime we try to order past 2pm they rush us saying “ you have to be here in 10 minutes to pick up” because they close from 2:30 to 4! Like what restaurant closes during those hours !! Horrible customer service

Crispy duck roll was on point, though the duck wasn't crispy. Diamond roll was great, needed the soy sauce though. As good as when I lived in Boonton 20 years ago.

Food was adequate, but the service will keep me away. They absolutely ignored us, did not speak nicely, never said anything pleasant, constantly reached over us at the bar to get stuff, no one ever said excuse me, had to ask for napkins, never said thank you or even goodbye after we were very nice to the. Won’t be back. I can get better treatment anywhere. Go to Yama Sushi in Denville where you'll be treated with respect and get great food!

I come here every so often. The food is decent but the young man who always sits behind the counter that takes orders is ALWAYS rude! The fact that I come here once in a while and he is consistently rude shows that this place does not care what kind of service they’re giving. He was very condescending to me yesterday when I had a question about my order. And turned and started talking in his language to a co worker that then started laughing. Quite obvious it was about me. I had to really ask myself why am I spending my hard earned money where I am not even respected. I’m sure to find much better sushi restaurants and I’m willing to drive farther for better service.

A destination sushi spot authentically prepared and serving up all the specialty and modern rolls.
Make sure you get the pepper tuna burrito and wagyu sushi Ala cart. I would have taken pictures one of the many times I’ve been here but I usually inhale it before that has a chance to happen.
Eventually I’ll add pictures to this review but for now you’ll have to just trust me in my love and quest for the best sushi’s and sashimi’s in the area that this is a place to give regular business.

This is the best local sushi spot. The staff is always super responsive and nice. The fish is always delicious and fresh. The rice is cooked perfectly. The location is not far off 287, so if you are just passing through, I highly recommend this spot. If you are local to the area, this should be in your rotation of local spots to support. Street parking on 202/Main is free.
