“Impressive small plates, charcuterie, and cocktail. Great views of the valley. Perfect spot to hang out with friends at happy hour. Price was not too high, but it’s easy to go overboard. Special note: the ONLY place in the NYC area where I have been served real Sicilian anchovies (they are NOT like American ones).”

“The place is a wee small. But, what truly matters is the taste and quality of the food overall. It's all homecooked, fresh, quite tasty, and family-business owned! Keep it up, small businesses! Great for the Latino cuisine, I would say! Highly recommend. Tasty. Affordable. Would definitely go again. I have brought family and friends to this restaurant, and they were all hands-down surprised and satisfied with the quality and the overall cuisine/taste/price! The chicken stew was impeccable. GIANT chicken all to you for an affordable price under 15 bucks, too! Not really ample parking, but it's more like a park, order, buy, and go type of place”

“The food was very good. Sloppy joes are absolutely phenomenal. Ruben was amazing. Subs were completely on par. The rye used for the sloppy joes and Reubens was soft and flavorful and not overbearing. The sub rolls were quite soft which made for a pleasant surprise. Personally I don't like rolls that are too hard or crusty that obliterate the roof of your mouth. The bread here is exceptional.Owners were so pleasant and thoughtful. Catered to my many requests because I wanted to try a little bit of everything. They make mini sandwiches here as well so it makes it easy to sample a lot. Despite living in the area for longer than the 42 years that this shop has existed in its current location, this was my first time visiting.I would strongly recommend this place. The sloppy joes are without fail the best I have had. The atmosphere is that of a little sub shop on any main Street in Jersey and is appealing in that regard. Once again, the owners and the food is the draw here and I will make this a regular stop!”

“It's a small and neat restaurant with a homey feel. I went with my family on my birthday. The chicken kebab, mixed grill and fatoush salad was amazing. The chicken is well spiced and melts in your mouth. The rice also had a unique flavot. The waitress was good as well. We will come back InshaAllah.”

“I stopped in this coffee shop as I was traveling through for work and was so glad it came up in my last minute google search. The barista was very friendly and quick with preparing my drink and the ambiance of this place is superb! I wish I had a place like this closer to home because it would be a nice place to relax or get work done. The coffee was delicious too! Highly recommend.”

“Let me start off by saying I grew up in Philadelphia and ate cheesesteaks regularly ever since I was quite young. I know these folks here are known for their “best of NJ” Taylor Ham ;not pork roll ( almost forgot where I was) and cheese. I’ve had it here before and I do believe it is incredible and stands up to the claims. However… the cheesesteak they make here may not be getting enough love. You should consider it and understand that it could put up a fight with some of the best in Philly. 10/10. Would order again, and again … and again. Also, the guys here are great to chat with.”

“So after class I decided to try out this spot. The food was amazing. ( I'm also Jamaican ) I got the jerk pork with rice and peas and steamed veggies. I ordered to find in but I got full and take the rest to go. The service was outstanding. The interior colours had the traditional tropical vibez. Overall a totally great experience. “Great food and strong drinks! Calamari was cooked well, and the garlic bread that came with it as an appetizer was cooked perfectly crispy. The pizza was dense and filling. I could see the rest of their food being great and would definitely go back. Overall, I give Reservoir Tavern a 4.5 out 5.”

“Absolutely amazing of a place! First time going here, it is small but however, the place is adorable. Walked right in, greeted by friendly staff members. Sat right down and ordered. The wait time was reasonable, it did take someTime for a small meal but it was still definitely worth the wait of it. The food was absolutely delicious, the flavoring to it with the spices made it really splendid.The service like said before was fabulous, staff were very friendly and felt very heart warming that they are here to take care of you while you’re enjoying your food.Atmosphere was good! Music really fitted the fit of the restaurant vibes. “My wife and myself were at Latin American Restaurant in Boonton, NJ. We are from out of town looking for home cooking, let me tell you, this was the most delicious food we've had since we've been here. The restaurant is clean and the owner stayed and talked to us for a long while. I had the steak smothered with onions, salad, white rice, black beans and maduros(sweet plantains). You get large portions, my wife took her left overs to the hotel for later. My wife is a very picky eater and she loved everything that was served. The staff was great and we felt very comfortable taking our time with our dinner. We surely will be back before we go home and will recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.”

“J&M Grill makes delicious burgers and soups! They are always so fresh and they take the time to make the burger the way you like it. The soups and chili in the winter are so good to warm you up! The staff is super nice and super quick service!”
