The food is so great (and honestly a decent price), the ambiance is just beautiful, and the staff is just SO kind! They went above and beyond when they absolutely didn't have to. “We went here for the first time last night. The food and atmosphere are fantastic. The burgers are massive! You definitely get enough food for your money. It’s a great place to bring children as well. Our kids loved the food and the nostalgic 50’s-60’s boardwalk feeling with the chance wheel. The owner and staff are very nice also. We will be going back again and I recommend giving this place a try. 5 stars from us!!“

They made the function run tha much smoother amd made my day that much easier. But did I mention the food...my guests have not stopped reaching out to me saying how muched they loved the food. “Forgot how nice of a venue Rails is...it is really beautiful! Came here to celebrate 30+ years married and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Had oyster (east and west coast) appetizer and octopus with delicious garbanzo beans in a really tasty sauce!! Then had a NY strip and skirt steak... both cooked perfectly for medium rare. Had a side of creamed spinach which could've been cooked a little more...and very creamy. Next time I think I will get oil and garlic spinach instead..just a preference. Shout out to our waitress, Danielle,...very attentive and gave us a piece of cake on the house to take home and celebrate our anniversary...Also invited us to the speakeasy...but c'mon it's only MONDAY??? Saw.some people enjoying mac and cheese as an appetizer...looked good, but that would have been too much for us!! No starches ordered, but they looked good.“

“My husband and I stumbled upon this place while looking for a place to eat that had an outdoor area( so glad we did) Once there ,we reviewed the menu , I explained to our waiter Cody that I am a pescatarian. He immediately recommended a few dishes that were not on the menu. I decided to go with one of his recommendation, the blackened shrimp tacos. They were delicious!! My husband had the blackened California wrap, which he raved about. Our waiter Cody even took the time to give us a bit of
history of the restaurant. If you are ever in the Denville area looking for a place to eat, do yourself a favor and check this place out! Make sure you ask for Cody to be your waiter!“

“Alex was very kind with my son and us. She made sure we are comfortable and helped us choosing right orders. We ordered raspberry iced tea, fried calamari’s, penne vodka with Shrimp and grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. We loved everything. The ambience was just perfect in outdoor seating. The prices seem a little high but when you can't even finish your food - that's a good deal. The menu is phenomenal. If you can't find something to eat here then you are insane.“

“The location is easy to find and parking is right outside the front door! When we arrived for breakfast we found a table and met the owner who was such a nice guy! We ordered the El Presidente that was cooked to perfection and had great flavors. Check out the photos and we also ordered another special breakfast dish pictured as well. “First time going, old school family owned spot. If you like the diners drive in/throwback jersey gems, this is your spot. The burgers and dogs were excellent (all the way style w everything).The guys working there were very nice to the kids. I’d definitely recommend it for families and will go back in the future. Prices were very reasonable for 2024.

“Hot dogs are boiled Sabretts. They were tasty and not overboiled. Got two "all the way" but their version is different from the traditional Texas Weiner style. Theirs has Sabrett onions, mustard and plain chili. Still good in its own way. They have a variety of other toppings too.“

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. You can't go wrong with Portofino, I can't say enough great things about the staff and restaurant!“

I have 2 little ones 5 & 6 ans as lost parents I'm sure will agree sometimes going out to eat is just not worth the hassel/melt downsn< by both the kids or myself > ? so I MORE then appreciate wait staff that go the extra mile. I've had the pleasure of dinning with Erin many of times now- honestly I won't even come in on days she's not working. Between her speedy service the jokes and games she plays with my kids and the absolutely adorable origami change that she makes <bunnies out of dollar bills- so freaking cute> she not only gets us in and out super quickly but my kids love her and are so excited every time we go out to eat at AB.

I've had wonderful wait staff in the past but I truly appreciate someone who goes the extra mile. And this gal is your girl for it all. Even when we had a hiccup or two over my years and the managers have always treated us well and even gave my kids ice cream cause my sons fries came out a minute after our dinners.

I dont usually write reviews to be honest and I think it's sad that most times anyone ever writes a review is to be rude or state the bad. After reading some A* holes review- about returning his drink cause he didn't get an orange slice in it. I felt I had to write a review just because he's so arrogant and ridiculous. Going to the car to leave a 10% tip- as it it's the wait staffs fault what the bar does. I felt I had to write an honest review. Food is ABs food- comes out hot- comes out fast- drinks are strong- and people are genuine and awesome. It's your local family night out place where if your not an A* hole you can have a few drinks good food and some laughs.

Kid-friendliness: Erin was awesome with my kids. 5 & 6 she made them laugh, made them origami and got us in and out fast even on a busy Friday night.“

“Went here for dinner with my parents after spending the day at the NY Renaissance fair. Not only was everything we ordered delicious, but our waiter Ariel (aka AJ) was fantastic. He was super attentive, friendly and had a great sense of humor. We came when it was busy and he still checked in frequently and made sure that anything we needed was brought quickly. He went above and beyond. It's not often you come across a server who is as top notch as Ariel was. All around a great guy.“

My experience about food at this place, nothing special just simple normal food, I have places before I went too and it was sad to call it food but I don’t go to those places and at same place when they bring me food as soon as I saw my order I would say Nop I will pass once plate is in front of me same moment not after half is gone if that’s not what I ordered . Those of you who complain food is cold or steak is WD instead of MD ….. For the price that you pay same steak or what ever other food ordered how can you expect to be perfect or wow or from Manager to make miracle after that same food in your plate what ever complain is about, more than half of the food is gone / done / eaten by the same person which is complaining how food is bad .So food is bad but wait let me eat half of it and then complain how bad it is - If food is bad you can see on first bite or just by looking at it there is no need to finish half of it and cry after, simple bad food return the plate untouched with explanation also simple - not what I ordered sorry I will pass on it .
