“Forgot how nice of a venue Rails is...it is really beautiful! Came here to celebrate 30+ years married and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Had oyster (east and west coast) appetizer and octopus with delicious garbanzo beans in a really tasty sauce!! Then had a NY strip and skirt steak... both cooked perfectly for medium rare. Had a side of creamed spinach which could've been cooked a little more...and very creamy. Next time I think I will get oil and garlic spinach instead..just a preference. Shout out to our waitress, Danielle,...very attentive and gave us a piece of cake on the house to take home and celebrate our anniversary...Also invited us to the speakeasy...but c'mon it's only MONDAY??? Saw.some people enjoying mac and cheese as an appetizer...looked good, but that would have been too much for us!! No starches ordered, but they looked good.“

“We love coming here. We have tried many diners and by far this has been the best. We have already been here 3 times. I have tried something different every time and have not been disappointed. Angela is the sweetest waitress and I love how she remembered us. And her recommendations are always perfect. Always bring food home. We have a new favorite diner and will be here hopefully more. We live in Garfield, but it is worth the trip. Thank you for great food and especially the best service.“

“No Frills Family Owned Neighborhood Pub/Restaurant dishing out familiar comfort food and pub grub.

Zucchini Stick appetizer special was outstanding. Light freshly hand battered zucchini. An absolute favorite.

Throughly enjoyed Finn McCool sandwich. Roasted Turkey on toasted rye with coleslaw, Swiss and Russian dressing.

The food is so great (and honestly a decent price), the ambiance is just beautiful, and the staff is just SO kind! They went above and beyond when they absolutely didn't have to. “We went here for the first time last night. The food and atmosphere are fantastic. The burgers are massive! You definitely get enough food for your money. It’s a great place to bring children as well. Our kids loved the food and the nostalgic 50’s-60’s boardwalk feeling with the chance wheel. The owner and staff are very nice also. We will be going back again and I recommend giving this place a try. 5 stars from us!!“

“We had a wonderful event today at The Exchange"s banquet facilities. Food was fantastic!! Only thing better then the food was the hostesses. Very attentive, and very helpful. They made the function run tha much smoother amd made my day that much easier. But did I mention the food...my guests have not stopped reaching out to me saying how muched they loved the food. If your looking for a place to have a function 100% would recommend The Exchange in Rockaway.“

“My husband and I stumbled upon this place while looking for a place to eat that had an outdoor area( so glad we did) Once there ,we reviewed the menu , I explained to our waiter Cody that I am a pescatarian. He immediately recommended a few dishes that were not on the menu. I decided to go with one of his recommendation, the blackened shrimp tacos. They were delicious!! My husband had the blackened California wrap, which he raved about. Our waiter Cody even took the time to give us a bit of
history of the restaurant. If you are ever in the Denville area looking for a place to eat, do yourself a favor and check this place out! Make sure you ask for Cody to be your waiter!“

“Alex was very kind with my son and us. She made sure we are comfortable and helped us choosing right orders. We ordered raspberry iced tea, fried calamari’s, penne vodka with Shrimp and grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. We loved everything. The ambience was just perfect in outdoor seating. The prices seem a little high but when you can't even finish your food - that's a good deal. The menu is phenomenal. If you can't find something to eat here then you are insane.“

“The location is easy to find and parking is right outside the front door! When we arrived for breakfast we found a table and met the owner who was such a nice guy! We ordered the El Presidente that was cooked to perfection and had great flavors. Check out the photos and we also ordered another special breakfast dish pictured as well. “First time going, old school family owned spot. If you like the diners drive in/throwback jersey gems, this is your spot. The burgers and dogs were excellent (all the way style w everything).The guys working there were very nice to the kids. I’d definitely recommend it for families and will go back in the future. Patrick is always asking if he can get us anything else, also cleaning the tables right away, everyone is always smiling. The long beard guy is always making sure everyone is being served. “Hot dogs are boiled Sabretts. They were tasty and not overboiled. Got two "all the way" but their version is different from the traditional Texas Weiner style. Theirs has Sabrett onions, mustard and plain chili. Still good in its own way. They have a variety of other toppings too.“

“Went here for dinner with my parents after spending the day at the NY Renaissance fair. Not only was everything we ordered delicious, but our waiter Ariel (aka AJ) was fantastic. He was super attentive, friendly and had a great sense of humor. We came when it was busy and he still checked in frequently and made sure that anything we needed was brought quickly. He went above and beyond. It's not often you come across a server who is as top notch as Ariel was. All around a great guy.“
