Tabor Road Tavern Reviews
Celebrated my moms birthday at Tabor Tavern today. The food was amazing & the atmosphere is gorgeous in the fall, but what was spectacular was our server Dianne. There were 7 of us in our party including a 3 year old and she anticipated our needs every step of the meal. We would recommend going here for a date night, family dinner, celebration, holiday party etc.
We went today for our anniversary the food was really good and prices were fair!! The staff was outstanding very attentive we will be back!!
Amazing food and cocktails, very attentive staff….the coffee crème brûlée is to-die-for!!!

Tabor Road Tavern offers a mixed experience that shows promise. While some guests enjoyed the delicious food and attentive service, others faced disappointment with overcooked steak. The appetizers were a highlight, with items like crunchy shrimp spring rolls and the Tabor Road burger. The atmosphere feels inviting with high wooden beams, soft lighting, and a cozy fireplace, making it suitable for various occasions, from romantic date nights to special family gatherings.
The service is generally friendly and professional. Guests appreciated the wait staff for their quick drink service and great recommendations, with some noting delays during busy times. The manager was recognized for going above and beyond, showing a commitment to customer satisfaction. The food is praised for its quality, with standout items like the burger, tuna tartare, and sausage croquettes. The plum-glazed pork chop has been described as tender and flavorful, paired nicely with mashed potatoes and braised cabbage. Desserts like warm doughnuts, strawberry shortcake with basil ice cream, and the Reese's half-baked cookie with vanilla gelato also received positive remarks.
Despite some inconsistencies, Tabor Road Tavern has the potential for a good dining experience, with a drink menu that features creative cocktails, craft beers, and a thoughtful wine selection. Though it may be a bit more upscale, many believe it is worth every penny for the quality provided.
