Great addition to Boonton! Small plates, great wine choices, and the staff is delightful. We’ll definitely be back!
This is a very special little place, perfect for a date night or hanging with friends. Lots of well executed and interesting small plates in northern Italian style, and there’s often a pretty sunset view out the back window.
Been here a twice since discovering it. Amazing selection of cheeses and wines. Friendly staff and a nice ambiance!

Ombra is a wonderful place to unwind with drinks and delicious small plates perfect for sharing in the up-and-coming Boonton downtown area. The cocktails are delicious and impressive, with options that include beautifully crafted artisan cocktails. The bartenders are sweet and ensure that guests have the best experience. The speck, the quail egg, and the truffle burrata are standout dishes, while the cucumber soup is cravable, especially when paired with a warm roll dipped in premium Italian olive oil. With a cool, trendy atmosphere and great service from the accommodating staff, Ombra is a must-visit spot on Main Street. The small plates taste really good, though some find the portions small for the price. Reservations can be tough to secure, but it's worth the wait. Parking is usually easy to find nearby.
