This is a very special little place, perfect for a date night or hanging with friends. Lots of well executed and interesting small plates in northern Italian style, and there’s often a pretty sunset view out the back window.
Dined at Ombra for the first time today. What took me by surprise upon entering was the duo serenading the customers. The songs were well-known crowd-pleasers but did not feel tacky. The atmosphere was minimalist, sexy, and adopted the majority of its lighting from the windows. The seating was very comfortable; not just the cushioning, but the space itself was inviting, avoiding the common downfall of overcrowding. Great cocktail bar in Boonton! The happy hour specials were a good deal! A huge wine list and a fun cocktail list! The bartenders were quite nice, this is a great spot to hangout and have a drink and a small snack!
