“The Great Wazu is the reason small businesses are the HEART of a community. I am a soon-to-be small business owner myself. I walked in this place tonight like I do every 1-2 weeks to get dinner. Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. Tonight, she asked me what was new, and I told her I had been upset all day worrying about all the stuff I have on my plate right now getting my business ready to open. She was the sweetest. When I reached for my credit card, she told me my order was on her and gave me a hug and said, "You got this." It was one of the most human experiences I've ever had, and I just want everyone to know how special this place is. It's not just the sandwiches. It's the kindness.”

“Excellent customer service from everyone.When I called to reserve the table Ashishbhai was so polite & send me confirmation text. When I went he personally came & show the table even though He was not working at my table. Pratikbhai is excellent every time. He ask the taste & bring the same taste food. Jambu was so good even he knows what I ordered last time & he brought same order I liked in past. Food is excellent, Everyone liked all the food . I really loved to go for dinner , I wish I have the same service in Paramus.Good luck!!!!”

“Great smash burger. Slight crisp on the outside like a smash burger should but flavorful and moist inside. Their sauce reminded me of Colombian salsa rosada. Yum. Schwarma was delicious. Rice had good flavor and texture and the chicken was moist and bursting with flavor. The service was so friendly. Can't wait to go back”

“I was there earlier today with a group of friends for the Christmas special Bengali Food Festival. We were quite impressed by the menu selection. The food was not oily& spicy at all,hence even the kids enjoyed the food. The service was good. I wish the restaurant would be more spacious. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.”

They have a few tempura rolls, a few naruto rolls (cucumber wrapped, no rice), and a whole 2 pages for regular and special rolls. I enjoyed everything my table tried. “I'm going to be honest there's not a lot to the atmosphere it's a small store. But what it lacks in a fancy dining area it more than makes up for with its food. I've been coming to this place for decades and now that I've moved away I'm still willing to drive 45 minutes when I want Chinese food and come here. The place is just great and I've never been disappointed with a meal, and that's the important thing with the restaurant isn't it? So long as they stay open they will have me as a customer.”

He was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, polite, patient, mannerable and had great expertise about service and was knowledgeable about great foods listed on the menu.. He treated me with such dignity that I felt special actually I felt regal. He is an asset to Outbank Steakhouse. Thank you Lucas, I will be referring relatives to your restaurant. I had traveled for 7 hours to New Jersey to attend a funeral. This type of service made a sad heart glad It was a healing experience.”
