Visited ordered the chicken cutlet got order on way back home looked at it and no chicken. Called and was told that was an impossible mistake. No apology or anything. Took it back and they hadn’t started on new sandwich had to wait another 15 mins on top of the 30 minutes I waited originally . Was not impressed as a first time customer.

upcharged me the last 2 times i’ve been, bagels are decent but the cashier multiple times now has told me a final price for example of $9 for a bagel and a drink and then charged me more on their card system. absolutely ridiculous and i don’t care for fake as to why when i spoke up

They got half of my sandwich wrong! I order a Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel with salt and pepper. I get my sandwich and there's NO salt or pepper, you can visually see it missing. Also, it is on a regular bagel, not the cinnamon raisin like I asked. I was charged $6.95 for this messed up order. Didn't have time to go back but I know I will NEVER go here again. Very bland flavor too with their egg.
Howard's Bagels on North Beverwyck made the same order and cheaper at $5.99. Go there instead of here.

I tried to order something healthy and get a grilled chicken ceased wrap and they gave me a breaded chick, bacon, and lettuce with oil in it, literally nothing correct. I had also confirmed with them my order 2x. Also the service is EXTREMELY slow and not friendly.

Food is good but they take their time taking anyones order. Due to this, i ordered for pick up and had my sandwich sitting behind the counter. I asked the guy to give me my already paid for sandwich and got completely ignored. Eventually after asking someone else, i was reluctantly given my sandwich. Food is decent but service is awful. Will not be back.
The most unpleasant bagel shop l've ever been to. No one is happy to see you and the vibe feels like they are ready to fight a customer at the drop of a hat. They don't have detailed options to pick from on this app so l selected a bagel and wrote in the notes that I wanted scallion cc and bacon strips. They decided to just not acknowledge the notes and just yelled about how I selected just a bagel. When I've done it this way ten times before at this shop. Instead of helping me the woman decided to just fight me. Worst customer service they treat you like dirt.

The bagels are decent but the Taylor ham and cheese sandwiches are terrible and too pricey for what you get. Barely any meat or cheese that doesn't even reach the edges of the very dry rolls. The service is lacking, unfriendly staff that doesn't acknowledge you are there waiting if they are busy. All you have to do is turn around and say I'll be right with you.

Been going here for years. They make great bagels, crisp on outside and soft in the middle. Taylor, egg and cheese is delicious. We love their lunch items. Turkey club sandwich is awesome, tons of turkey, 3-4 slices of bacon, mayo on bottom and middle slices of bread. Comes with a side (pot, mac, slaw or chips) and pickles. Love their Tuna and Chicken salad too on a nice fresh poppy or onion bagel. Service can be a little slow. I call ahead most times for pickup.
