Good service, reasonable subs. I ordered a Regular Mike’s Chicken Philly, my friend did a Turkey and Provolone, they’re okay. 4mins waiting time, clean restroom, friendly staff.

Our agency orders lunch from here all the time for pickup. They never get the online order wrong, every sandwich is made exactly right with our weird toppings, every time. I never have to chase them down for missing drinks, chips or my jalepenos and pickle additions. And they're so nice when you go in there. Some days, I dream of my Tuna on Garlic Parmesian with Swiss and hot peppers. Other local joints are not so consistent, believe me.
Amazing customer service. I spoke to three employees and they all greeted me and looked me in the eye and were very friendly. It was a welcomed surprise compared to most fast food restaurants.

I order from Jersey Mike’s in Boonton NJ and I always have stellar service. Ordering is smooth on website, sandwiches are always on point, staff is courteous and prompt and the store is always clean and welcoming!! I been coming at your location for years and never seen anything like what happened today. Your guy was cleaning the counter at first than made a Sub for some other customer than worked the register gew change , and than he asked me what do I want? I asked him if he was going to change the gloves and he laughed right in my face but he did change Tham ! I will still do business with you but train your guy to respect customers!...

I'm not sure what's going on at this location recently - I've been coming here since it opened (and Jersey Mikes as a whole for about a decade) and I just cant justify the price for what you get anymore. The sandwiches taste good and the people that work here are very friendly but when you're paying $12+ for a medium sub, I'd hope they put more than a couple slices of turkey on it. The last several sandwiches were mostly lettuce. I keep going back hoping it's just an off day but after 5 or more disappointing visits, I think I've learned my lesson.
