terrible attitude towards customers, I'm driving from far away and stopped to go to the toilet, and this old man won't let me in, but 2 minutes passed and he let in a lot of his friends, this is how McDonald's works, be honest with your users
Super easy on easy off from highway. Other than that, an ok McDonald's. Nothing to stand out, but nothing really bad either.

Ordered ahead on the app, family breakfast deal. Great value, but I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive thru, and other patrons were honking. $21 got me 2 coffees, 4 hashbrowns, 3 hotcakes and 3 breakfast sandwiches.

I strongly advise everyone not to waist their time coming to the drive through late night. Unless you plan on waiting 30-40 mins Pulled up tonight at 1:10, the last quickly took my order with only 2 cars ahead me. Pulled up behind the second car and was sitting in the same spot for almost 40 mins I waited because I work food industry so I understand but it’s supposed to be fast food. Also there were like 5 people. Behind me who waited for 5-10 mins and then drove off because of the insane wait time. Crazy! The first person in the line finally got their food after I was sitting there for 30 mins then when they drove off I waited for the next 10 mins listening to the guy ahead of me try to explain to the lady working the drive thru that he was picking up an online order and what I heard is that the customer was being very clear and the lady was yelling at him saying she only had the fries for him and that she couldn’t do anything not even a refund and after listening to them go back and forth for those 10 mins I finally decided to leave myself. What a waist of almost an hour. Now I’m driving home really late still hungry and now pissed off. So do yourself a huge favor and don’t even bother coming here so you can avoid all that bs.

I was on a 3 hour road trip home from Pennsylvania and stopped at this McDonald's. Horrible experience, and I TYPICALLY LOVE McDONALD'S. I went through the Drive Thru and it was so slow that cars were backing out and leaving after placing their orders behind me. I figured they were probably short staffed, so I was patient. When I finally got to the window and got my food I realized my double quarter pounder was cold and my fries were so old they were hard sticks. Of course, I didn't realize this until I had pulled out of the drive-thru. I tried to at least eat the fries but they were hard as rocks. I couldn't eat anything and ended up making dinner when I got home. What a disappointment as I usually think of McDonald's as a real treat.

The McDonalds in Boonton needs to show workers proper customer service. The person working at the drive through just gave me the biggest attitude because I couldn’t hear him. When I told him he was rude he called me a child

I came to the drive through around 2am and had to wait over 25 minutes for my order, and had no option to leave because I had ordered through the app ahead of time. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves - when I finally got my food the employee (who was so kind and patient and got my order exactly right) was there all by himself, and told me that hours for employees were cut and he was there alone and the system was down. I’ve worked in food service and I’ve had that shift before and I know what that’s like. This wasn’t an issue with the employee, he was fantastic. This is all an upper management issue and they should be ashamed of themselves for throwing their employees to the wolves like that. I felt so bad for this man who was working so hard despite people being rude because they had to wait.
I ordered a mc crispy no sauce today 11/08/2024 and they gave me this old burnt sandwich now I am stuck at work doing a 10 hour shift with a burnt old nasty sandwich. This is unacceptable and I will be also reporting this to corporate because what is this that y'all sold me. It looks horrible and non edible.

Had TERRIBLE SERVICE they were so slow and probably was in the drive thru to pick up line for about 45 mins and it wasn’t even that busy! When we got to the window they forgot our drink and fries. We waited at the window to ask for the forgotten items and we couldn’t get helped because all of The employees went to the back and were obviously just laughing and talking. I’m so glad we do not live near this McDonald’s!

Paid for my order and literally only got half of my food. I even asked them if it was all in there. This mcdonalds 9 times out of 10 will mess your order up. It just happens to be the closest one to home. I only go when it's my last resort and now I think I'll just not go back.
