They seem to focus mainly on drive thru. Forget getting someone to take your order they are so in love with the kiosk they barely look over when you come in. I get that drive thru is important but isn't a customer who comes into the restaurant also important ? Well when they take your order they are awesome and the staff are efficient with that. It's my favorite McDonalds in this area I have raised my teenagers coming to this McDonald's.

I ordered 6 nuggets and that's not quite what I got. I jumped back on the highway, so I didn't get to go back. 3rd strike for Mickey D's, but I went to another one today and it was good!

Placed a inside order at 6:36am. Try to go inside when the sign says inside hours 6am, doors locked. One guy standing at register staring at me while another guy mops the floor ignoring me. I knocked and he shook he head no while going back to cleaning. Canceled order and left. Screw this store and their lazy employees. Change the outside sign if 6am isnt the opening hours.

Stood on line for over 10 minutes today. Not even acknowledged by staff or an apology for waiting that long. Gave up and went to Burger King. Improve your service please.

Consistently the worst out of all the McDonald's in the area. Orders are made incorrectly, food is stale or served lukewarm. In store kiosks are not maintained, either unresponsive or card reader does not work, and forget about getting a receipt because there is never any paper.. latest remodel has made the interior unappealing and uncomfortable seating.

It’s 3:40am 11/12/25. There is 2 worker inside the store. Made a mobile order to pick up using drive-thru. Arrived to the drive thru.. no answer. Went to the window, made an eye contact with both workers and still no answer. It’s been 30 min i’m here waiting outside of the store and still no answer! AT LEAST COME TO THE WINDOW ASK WHAT I’M HERE FOR OR TELL ME TO WAIT. THIS WORKERS NEEDS TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL TO COSTUMERS AND THEIR JOB. IT’S FUNNY TWO OF THEM SAW ME AND I’M STILL HERE WAITING CLUELESS. I SHOULDN’T BE WAITING FOR A BIG MAC FOR 30 MIN. INSANE
