I left my last review a few years ago. Shut this garbage down. Still terrible in 2024....4 years later this location has failed to change. Unfortunately the owner/manager doesn't know how to run a business.If you have dreams of owning a mcdonalds franchise, this place is proof you can be half alive and still keep it open. You couldn't run mcdonalds worse than this, take the extra 10-20mins to go to route 23, you'll still leave with more time to spare, so much extra time in fact you might be able to go back in time and stop this place from ever opening....DON'T DO IT!!! RUNN!! So under staffed! Go to kinnelon. (2nd review and I live in boonton)Expect to wait at least an extra 45 minutes to get one cold, wet, sloppy double cheese burger. No one who lives in boonton goes here, unfortunately they survive off of desperste ppl coming off 287.Wrote my first review more than a year ago, and service here is still slower than my dead grandma.Clearly the owners couldnt care less about being a competent business owner. My dead grandma could run a better business.Trash at best.

This place just can't get it right.... This week my daughters hamburger was literally a hockey puck.... But the fries were probably the best ever.... Everything was just throwen in.... The people are nice, I go through the drive through..... They say hi and thank you and all that... Very polite but the food is just not done right.... Prob last time I will be there...

Someone should report this place for improper use of chemicals! Don't use the bathrooms if you want to keep your eyes and lungs! They use half bleach to half water on the floors with NO VENTILATION!Bleach is 1 or 2 caps to 1 gallon of water.... NOT 1 to 1.. Going to kill or seriously injure someone..

Visited twice for lunch in the past week and food was fine and came out quickly. The bathrooms were cold and somewhat messy both times I was there. It is close to a major highway (I-287) so probably sees heavy use.

My wife, son, and I walked in, ordered in the kiosk, and got our cups for drinks. The lady behind the counter then proceeded to tell us that they had no beef.... I feel there should have been signs on the door, or we should have been told when we walked in, not AFTER I order and pay for my food. I did get a refund, but I lost my McDonald's points because I used a 20% off deal i had. Very frustrating

Mobile ordered food and ended up waiting for 35 min before anyone came to the window with a line around the building, just for the employee to say oh no I don't have time for mobile orders and slam the window shut on us. Refusing us our food AND a refund since the order was paid for we waited and she proceeded to flip us off and keep packing orders for other cars behind us but wouldn't get our single cheese burger and French fries. Miserable disgusting women, as you can see in the photo I will add. Avoid this place, the food is always wrong and cold and the staff is just as bad
