This is one of my favorite spots, has been for YEARS. The staff is so friendly and welcoming every single time. I moved across the country a year ago to San Diego and they have tons of Mexican food, but nothing like this. Everything tastes like it was made in your abuela's kitchen. The portions have never changed despite inflation, covid, etc., and the prices remain reasonable. If you haven't been, GOOO on my behalf.

Depends on staff rice & bean amounts are different. New staff always give little.
One day is really delicious, another day is bad. Hope it gets better.
