I don’t typically like to leave bad reviews about places, but this time it’s different. I stopped here on my way to VT, and I was immediately turned off by the female employee that was working there. When I first walked up she was just sitting there on her phone. I can understand that because there was nobody there, but once I walked up she just continued to sit there texting, not noticing that she had a customer until several moments later. And then after I ordered she continued to be on her phone while making my drink. Definitely don’t think I’ll be back at this location. Also, the drinks do not taste like if you would get them from an actual store. I got the pink drink with chocolate cold foam, and it tasted super watered down, barely any flavor😕.

So the place closes at 8 but they shut theirs ovens off at 630. Totally ridiculous. Why be open of you arent going to.provide service.

To be honest the coffee was miserable and tasted disgusting. The only one upside was the sweet kid working behind the counter. He was so nice and genuine for me and my nephew. Even being nice and friendly with my nephew left a smile on his face. I hope he gets a raise, will only return for him.

The level of service has declined. One employee stands out for the decline. She's a heavier set older woman who operates very slowly and seems like she rather not participate in the service industry. I used to visit weekly but prefer dunkin in the same plaza or Boonton Coffee
