The lady that answers the phone is very rude and rushes the order process and doesn't get it right. She missed part of the order and when you call back she doesn't give you a chance to talk. Will not be ordering from here again. Given them several chances and now done with them. Please get someone better to take phone orders.

Wah Yan has been my go-to spot for as long as I can remember. My meals are always delicious, delivery is always quick, and the service is great!
Great Service and Quick to Deliver but ...... the person who answer the phone and takes the order is very rude and very short with allowing you to speak , it's allways been like this and I can't be the only person to experience this with her. Other then that it's there Food and Service that keeps me going back.

We had combo 9 shrimp w. Lobster sauce, 11 broccoli with beef, and 14 beef lo mein on Sunday. I asked for less sauce, and they were able to accommodate it. All tasted good and just the way we wanted it and the price is good too(Sorry - all pics are eat in progress again ?)

I've never had an major issue with orders. For I go face to face for my orders.But was with another who tried talking over an order with the woman who does the orders, on the phone. I don't know if it's the phone or something else. But on a few occasions a friend has ordered. They have abrubtly hung up or got the order wrong Where it was sent back till done right. But surprised by this. For you gain a reputation and lose business with this. Times are tough enough. Hope this registers in a constructive manner. For they are in a convenient place. Hopefully All it requires is either a better phone line or phone. Small price to pay for not losing customers.
