Our school in Pennsylvania was hosting a pizza luncheon for our Junior Tech Leaders, and we accidentally called and placed our order with this location instead of our local pizza place. When we realized the mistake, Palermo’s was incredibly gracious and generous! My dad is a pizza snob and raised me on Trenton pizza. I love a good old school tomato pie and Palermo's Roebling Location nails it every time. I'm told the same people own the Bordentown location so I can only assume the recipes and food are the same. Their tomato pie has a thin, well-done crust, a perfect balance of sauce to cheese, and the sauce is the right consistency with sweet chunks of tomato. If you don't like tomato pie but appreciate a thinner crust,...
