I been going to this place to get some food for at least 8 years. The food is always good and cooked to perfection, the service and staff is quick and polite, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed when we dine in. Overall, Bbq 28 always meets our expectations when it comes to getting some good quality and affordable food.

I can start by saying not one single customer comes here for the customer service. U walk in ask questions get ignored ask the question again something simple like is there sauce in the stapled shut bag? Then get answered with an attitude. Also The owner needs to be suplexed skull first into the pot hole that has to be driven over in order to get in/out of his parking lot, I'm sure he doesn't mind it though in his tiny little man syndrome pickup truck that won't have an issue with such a flaw in the driveway And if u order tres leches cake Don't worry they'll give you cheesecake instead. Even after you correct them multiple times. Those two women who run the counter SUCK. The language barrier is horrible and the perfect english speaking lazy owner sits there with his thumb up his a** and can care less. F u, F your stupid kids, and F your whole stupid family. I had this exact same experience when I walked in here 5 years ago. Which is why it's been 5 years since my last visit here. This time I'm 10 times more angry.

This food does not taste good what so ever, Zero flavor. 31$ steak was cooked well done when I asked for med rare.. Presentation was horrible, not a good exp at all. But yall should try it out don't let me stop
Awful service, called it in! It was gonna be ready in 20 mins, messed my order up, waited an hour! No cordination, no one has an idea of whats going on ? Good thing I was on a rush ?♂️
