“Moved to the neighbourhood a couple of weeks back and were looking for a nice place to eat... we found Girasole within walking distance and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive yet not overebearing and the food was delicious. Pointing out that I do cook... and well... so it is nice to find a place that I can enjoy without thinking "I could have made this better at home". Definitely be coming back and soon!”

“Was here for a soccer tournament and stumbled in from a quick search. Definitely get the wings! The food was overall great and exceeded our expectations. Drafts were cold and good as well. We came on a Tuesday evening so not busy but the bartender was also very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend”

“Not a bad spot for a quick treat! I never realized how big these cookies were. Incredibly dense and filling. I loved the classic chocolate chip and also the oatmeal cinnamon thin cookies. Would definitely check out the new flavors next time!

“On an early fall night we enjoyed a wonderful meal. The waitress was very kind and food tasted very authentic and homemade. We enjoyed the casado and the tostones with piccadilio. I highly recommend you order a fruit smoothies as well. Overall, we are definitely coming back.”

We tried door dashing one time and a dasher never came so we wound up going in person to pick it up instead but the chicken we ordered was sitting out for an hour, the staff there made us a FRESH batch to take home which we thought was so sweet. “Absolutely exceptional service all around, particularly the young girl making my food! Even though she was the only one behind the counter, she put out food like a machine gun! Food was made with utmost care, love, intent, power, and was eaten by myself ever so thoroughly after it was made. I have never eaten like this before. I am an avid honeygrow supporter, but the chimney rock location is something special. Each worker puts their soul and compassion into every, single, thing, that they do! All expectations have been surpassed, and I dream of the day I come back.”

The pupusas and chicken soups, the birria tacos, the fresh seafood ceviches, and their freshly made salads are all excellent

“I tend to wander in this place late at night, when I'm surprised they're open and even more surprised by the taste of the food. It's a family business where the husband and wife served me tasty, homestyle food and gossiped with me about dietary health and herbs, while I munched. A year later, I wandered in and met their son while exploring my first meal of sopes. It's my favorite Mexican food in the area, and I'm comparing it favorably with the famous place in Dunellen.”

“Came here for lunch last Saturday to try some pupusas and got three: one with refried beans and cheese, one with chorizo (spicy sausage) and cheese, and one with chicharron (a form of pork). All were amazing, especially with the salsa they came with.

The place may seem small and a bit cramped in some places like the ordering counter, but you can dine in with a small group.

My only ask is that menus with updated prices be provided. The prices on the menu I saw did not match what I ultimately paid for (off by about $0.50 per pupusa).”

“Tried this pizza place as we moved to Bridgewater lately and was quite amazed to see the options available here. It’s like a subway of pizzas. We ordered 3 pizza with all individual toppings choice. The crust is quite thin and tasty. We enjoyed the whole ambience and the sitting area is clean. They have outdoor seating also.

“Usually stop in for empanadas, but decided to sit and dine in today. Everything was delicious and every server was so pleasant!! The soup was so flavorful and a great portion. I split the chicken sandwich with my boyfriend and we both loved it, the bread was super fresh. It’s cash only inside so just remember that, otherwise it was great and we’re definitely making this one our regular spots. They’re also now on DoorDash!!”

“This place is called “Victoria’s” (as of Jan 2026) but since the review isn’t saving on the Victoria tag, I’ll leave it here for Las Delicias (im guessing this was the old name of the restaurant)

Victoria’s is an amazing place for really good Colombian food. It’s very busy on weekends and deservedly so.

Staff are friendly, professional and very patient. We ordered a bunch of food to go because there were no open tables, but eventually switched our order to dine-in

We loved the sancocho (soup) with oxtail, and also had the bandeja paisa (a big platter of meats with sides). This dish comes from the central region of Colombia where they grow coffee, and it’s always our go-to meal when we try Colombian places

This is definitely one of our new favorite places - whatever you get, definitely ask for their “aji”

It’s like a spicy salsa, and goes well with empanadas or grilled meats. Don’t call it salsa.. call it by the word used by people in Colombia (and also Peru)- aji

“Perfect, this very good place, the owner is a very good person, just like all the girls who serve, a very good atmosphere at night and during the day, I would return here, I will surely fall in love with Diana, but she has a husband and is very faithful :(”

“It's a tasty burger and fries, but the fresh drink selection and two kinds of pickled peppers at the condiments bar put this place above the other posh burger attempts. Their lettuce wrapped burger and vegan options are also respectable. Even the fries can be replaced with less starchy sides like zucchini fries or a salad, and you won't run into that everywhere.

Every year I seem to see different folks working there, but in all cases they were so friendly I wanted to talk to them, and so I noticed when the faces changed. I never noticed when a Five Guys face changed, so I have to think they have abnormally friendly staff.”
