“Ordered in advance through the app, a sandwich, hash browns, a donut and a coffee. When I walked in, they had only the coffee ready and seemed confused when I said I had ordered other items. After looking at the computer, they realized the mistake and quickly got the rest ready. Sandwich, hash browns and coffee we're good, donut was mediocre.“
“I love this Dunkin location! They always do a great job and speedy service! Their cold brew is always on point and they make a great iced latte as well! I love that they have outdoor seating area as well! It's a great location to meet up with a friend for coffee!“

“I’ve been coming to Queen City Coffee Roasters since 2020. I’m always looking to support local coffee shops as Starbucks and Dunkin’s quality is severely lacking. After four years of continuous store visits and door dash orders, I am always greeted and recognized by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Regardless of my drink, hot or iced, each team member can answer questions and slightly modify the drink if necessary for your palate. They always have fresh pastries and now even have delicious breakfast burritos. It’s nestled into a cute spot in Plainfield and the shop itself is always feature local artists and they have several events a month. My drink recommendation is the Spanish latte. Iced or hot, I guarantee you won’t have a better latte.“
“Very happy we found this place! The ambience is great for brunch with friends or partner and it has decent seating. We ordered the avocado smoothie and Vietnamese frappe which were both good, but the best was the Vietnamese pastry with chicken. It was so good that we ordered four and took some to go (for a party of two!) lol.“

I also love how spacious it is (it's hard to find spacious coffee shops) and the decor is very well done. Only downside is they don't have many outlets if you want to plug your computer in.
