“On an early fall night we enjoyed a wonderful meal. The waitress was very kind and food tasted very authentic and homemade. We enjoyed the casado and the tostones with piccadilio. I highly recommend you order a fruit smoothies as well. Overall, we are definitely coming back.“

“I just wanted to share since I felt necessary….my girls and I just went to the Clinton, IA Dunkin Donuts (there’s only one in our town). The African American gentleman that was working was busting his a** doing as best of a job as he could and we wanted to give him a shout out! He was the ONLY one working and the drive thru was crazy busy plus there were people inside ordering and eating also. I asked if he had help coming and he didn’t. This made me sad for him! He kept a positive and friendly attitude throughout it all also! I think he deserves mad props! You were doing wonderful Mr, despite the workload you had and all by yourself!! I hope you get recognized and appreciated! 💙“

“What makes this cafe is the atmosphere. It's unique and interesting. It feels like a space for community, for people to chat with each other and catch up over hot coffee. The ramen bar is stunning and absolutely a major selling point of the cafe. I also love the tv tuned up for a quick game, the rows of available books to be flipped through, and the checkers/chess boards around for casual playing. I think everyone should visit this place and enjoy what the owner has crafted!“

“Great coffee shop! Everything is organic in the shop. Love their cold brew Shandy, which you can customize with their various organic syrups throughout the entire year. Also their bacon breakfast sandwich and large crumble cookies (they have four or five different kinds) are to die for. And their organic lemonade is also awesome! And the barista’s know their stuff. I also like their grab and go organic sandwiches.“

“I love having a Dominican bakery so close. Everything we’ve had there has been FABULOUS!!! Honestly, some of the best coconut macaroons I have ever had and that includes ones I’ve had in DR. I had a coconut tree leches cake, and a strawberry short cake cup, which were both out of this world. The cold brew is so good, and the pumpkin sauce is on point. They’re also super friendly. Next time I need to try the pastelitos (empanadas).“
