Whenever I order an ice coffee, I get more ice than coffee with no discount, so yes I feel a little salty but the coffee was good.“

“Very cute chic cozy coffee shop! It has such good vibes, such a convenient location. Friendly staff and PLENTY of options when it comes to baked goods (gluten free options available), cold pressed juices, drinks and food! I had the egg and cheese sandwich On a Portuguese croissant which was delicious, perfectly cheesy and fluffy eggs on a decadent slightly sweet croissant with an oat milk latte which was delish. And we also had the Brazilian panini, great options for a hot pressed sandwich which hit the spot with a pink lemonade. Check this spot out! It’s a great spot and fairly priced!“

“The desserts and coffee at Pastry Lu are absolutely delicious and high quality. Over Thanksgiving, I enjoyed their apple pie which was magnificent and addictive. They always welcome you with a polite smile and when you look at all their desserts and pastries, you have to take your time because it’s hard to choose. You owe it to yourself to sit and eat your tasty delight there. They present your food and coffee in a beautiful wooden tray. It’s elegant and relaxing. I sat there today and felt as if I was in a European café. I had the strawberry cheesecake which was divine and the Mighty Mocha Hot Chocolate (a combo of coffee and hot chocolate). I added whip cream and fell in love with it. I’ll be going back. I had to refrain from getting two in a row. But this place is worth any extra holiday calories. I adore this bakery and am happy it’s in town. Also a great place to get a coffee or pastry on your way to the train since it’s right by NJ Transit. It’s perfect.“

“The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Service can be a tad iffy at times. They'll offer you cilantro sauce with the empanadas but not tell you it's $0.50. You ask for an egg with waffles, they give you two (and charge for two just to be clear). I wish that they were a little more clear about that kind of stuff.

The food really does make up for it though. Everything is super fresh, well made and seasoned. The empanadas give Division Street Cafe a run for their money. The waffles are proper waffles, not the Belgian ones everyone else has, and it's all just vibrant. The decor is really fun, and the people who work there are friendly. The price can be a bit nuts. Both times I've gone it's cost us $50 to feed two people, with one entree each, a drink for one of us, and a single empanada. That's a lot. The desserts are $10 each which is a bit nuts. I know everyone is charging a lot nowadays, but I don't have to be happy about it.“
