Have gone there multiple times these past 6-7 months and foods definitely taken a hit. Ingredients may be the same but they aren't prepared as well and definitely not served as fresh as before. Feel they are cheaper with certain "expensive" ingredients (for example the gouda cheese for the smoky tom) than they were when they first opened. Feel like people (including me) noticed the change in ownership because of the drop in food quality/taste.
First off let me say my family and I LOVED the Automat.We typically would frequent the Automat about 2 to 3 times a month for the past 2 to 3 years and would always bring our close friends. I ordered a very good vegetable omelette. But I ended up disappointed because I also ordered a fresh orange juice and they brought me a bottle, and we still hadn't finished the meal and they were already charging! Definitely
