“I used to come here about a year ago and it was just okay. About three months ago I decided to go there once more and the staff had changed. The cashiers are so friendly but let me tell you HAYLEE takes the crown. She is by far THE BEST barrista I have had. Every single time my order tastes absolutely amazing! I keep coming back because of her! If corporate sees this they need to give her a major raise. She’s usually by herself making a million drinks, she’s fast, friendly and always on point. I will forever take the drive to this Starbucks which is further from me just as long as she’s working!“

“Yo I don't know what they put in dem eggs but damn, that chili eggs dish was masterful. It hands down one of my favorite bites at a restaurant. I certainly see what the hype is about and can't wait to go back and try other items. Ok, so why a 4 instead of a 5? Well, here's the thing. It's hard to be both a cafe and a restaurant. Seating is first come, first served so you have to stand there and wait for seats to come available and then rush over before someone else gets there. I've seen places that have the cafe ambiance operate like restaurants to make it a better customer experience. Restaurant may want to consider adding more tables for busier times (weekends and Holidays) and put out the couches and chairs during lighter foot traffic. Also, you can allow for those who are in the cafe area or getting an order to go come up to the counter and order while those who want to sit at a table be seated and waited on. The experience was disorienting until we actually were at a table and then it was great from there. We almost left because it was so crowded and couldn't find a table but in Jersey good eateries are hard to come by. Overall, you will have an amazing experience during non-peak hours because the food a great and the staff were friendly. However, during peak hours can be a bit of a hassle due to finding seating.“

“It's been a week and I'm still thinking about the Brioche Custard - Cream. It's a pillowy doughnut, filled with a vanilla bean custard and has a croissant top. I didn't intend to eat the whole thing, but I did. Sorry, not sorry! I also ordered the big coconut. It's a tender brioche bun that is long and very lightly sweet. It was excellent! I sampled the Matcha tiramisu and was wowed by it. I got a Jasmine latte and also loved it. Everything I tried was fantastic. I plan to return soon. The person that helped me was so kind and patient. The store is very organized and has a great vibe. It's an Asian bakery, that also serves tea and coffee. Everything is individually wrapped, and you bring what you want to purchase up to the counter. Their desserts are so fresh and different. I'm typically not a fan of Asian desserts, but these were best in class.“

“I've only ordered the rocher cake from them so far. Service was great, the website at the time said there is at least 48 hours turnaround time. I reached out to ask if I can get it sooner and they saved one for me! Communication was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful when I picked up my cake. The cake itself is really rich so if you love ferrero rocher and chocolate cake in general this is the cake for you! Personally it's too sweet for my liking, but I would love to try other cakes as well. It is on the pricier side. Would love to come back and try their coffee and pastries!“

“Twisted Tulip is a cute and cozy cafe with a very relaxing vibe. I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and the latte of the day 'Vanilla Rose Latte'. The Latte of the day was good but the rose/vanilla aspect was very not very pronounced. The other latter was also good. They offer a good variety of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, etc., The decor was unexpected (graffiti styles) with the name being twisted tulip, but it was a bright fun look. They have stools along a glass window, as will as tables/chairs and a cozy corner with a little couch, and a shelf of books (all very inviting) They also have outdoor seating but there seems to be a lot of construction happening around the building...hopefully it will be done by the time its warm enough to sit outside. It was definitely packed in the morning, but we were able to find seating in the back which allowed us to catch up for 2 hours while enjoying a good cup of coffee.“

Lots of food choices; fried empanadas, croissant sandwiches, cake slices, gluten-free options, chicken coxinha, muffins, etc. Went hoping they had the Portuguese custard cups but I shouldn't assume that just because they're a Portuguese coffee shop that they had them. Instead, I opted for a arrufada de coco. And an iced cafe Americano. The coffee was good. Ask for cream if you want it. They won't ask. The arrufada was ok. I imagine it would've been better if it were fresh. It had great flavor but it also tasted about a day or two old. The bread part, though a tad dry, had a nice almost anise flavor that was a wonderful surprise but the coconut custard part on top was the star. The bathrooms had great fixtures that I want for my own home. Overall, a nice place. Just watch your step as you walk in. I wasn't the only one.“

Staff is friendly and helpful. Entrance is handicap accessible and there is metered street parking.“

“This was my first time ever at this coffee shop, I am very hesitant getting coffee outside of my home due to all of these big chains using very chemically tasting flavor syrups.
