I didn't intend to eat the whole thing, but I did. Sorry, not sorry! I also ordered the big coconut. It's a tender brioche bun that is long and very lightly sweet. It was excellent! I sampled the Matcha tiramisu and was wowed by it. I got a Jasmine latte and also loved it. Everything I tried was fantastic. I plan to return soon. The person that helped me was so kind and patient. The store is very organized and has a great vibe. It's an Asian bakery, that also serves tea and coffee. Everything is individually wrapped, and you bring what you want to purchase up to the counter. Their desserts are so fresh and different. I'm typically not a fan of Asian desserts, but these were best in class.“

“We were staying nearby at the Heldrich Hotel and were looking for a place to have breakfast where there might be some gluten free options. SOL-KALANIT’S was the perfect solution. My wife had tacos (corn, not flour) both mornings we ate there and said they were the best tacos she had eaten since she moved back east from Arizona. I had an omelet both mornings and both were excellent. The dine-in area is small and it can get a bit noisy. But everyone who works there is warm, friendly, and lot’s of fun. The food is a mix of Mexican, Native American, and Mediterranean. If this place were closer to home, we would be regular customers. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Chill spot!Met a friend for coffee on a Saturday morning and it was not too crowded. There were so many seating options which was great! We had lattes and they were pretty good. There was some confusion at counter when we walked in. There were about 4 people behind the counter but it took about 2 minutes for someone to greet us. Lots of food choices; fried empanadas, croissant sandwiches, cake slices, gluten-free options, chicken coxinha, muffins, etc. Went hoping they had the Portuguese custard cups but I shouldn't assume that just because they're a Portuguese coffee shop that they had them. Instead, I opted for a arrufada de coco. And an iced cafe Americano. The coffee was good. Ask for cream if you want it. They won't ask. The arrufada was ok. I imagine it would've been better if it were fresh. It had great flavor but it also tasted about a day or two old. The bread part, though a tad dry, had a nice almost anise flavor that was a wonderful surprise but the coconut custard part on top was the star. The bathrooms had great fixtures that I want for my own home. Overall, a nice place. Just watch your step as you walk in. I wasn't the only one.“

The milk was perfectly steamed and the art was such a nice touch. They use high quality beans from Rojo's roasters and it's very evident in the flavor. Ambiance: the cafe has come a long way from when it opened. There is now ample seating inside to do work, or just hangout. The ambiance is very warm and comfy with blue walls and beautiful accents throughout. Service: we chatted with the owner for several minutes. He was extremely nice and told us more about the different types of coffee that they have. Such a wonderful experience. This cafe is a great gem in Hillsborough!“

The waiter, Alex, is TOP KNOTCH! 10/10 customer service that makes the experience that much better. My go to dish is the ranchero steak and their chicken soup. So delish. I also recommend their chicken chimichanga, their hongos borrachos, and camarones al ajillo. Their new owners have upgraded the taste of their food compared to the previous owners. The menu was extensive with plenty of options. FOOD: we ordered the following: Bronx omelette with mashed brown potatoes.. really good, sausage was sliced in the onelette with pepper and onions. Brooklyn omelette with pastrami.. so good and feeling Caramel apple French toast- the topping was good but the French toast wasn't infused with any additional flavoring Coconut Banana waffles - flavor was really delicious, waffles was light and fluffy, however the banana and coconut weighed the waffle down and made it mushy after a while Chicken and waffles - chicken were chicken traders and not actually chicken pieces as we were expecting. It came with a little bottle of maple syrup. For extra bottle, it would be $3.00. Tenders were a but over-fried. California omelette was good and very filling. Cappuccino- was not tasting like Cappuccino and was returned for regular coffee Caramel brulee latte- was absolutely divine Ambiance- cute spot with pastries in the front section and seating towards a back. There's a upstairs but don't know if there is seating there as well. Service was okay. A lil slow at time but very attentive. Food was in abundance. Their portion sizes are generous“

Unlike other places with a blizzard/mcflurry like treat, a blend in takes hard icecream and turns it into a soft icecream like texture. Sweet cream with heath is an elite combo. Service: the girls at the counter were nice and quick in getting us help. Ambiance: definitely miss their old location across the street, but the new shop is nice. It's clean, and well decorated. It just doesn't feel as homey as the cafe. Value: the prices are reasonable and in line with most other icecream shops around.“
