Selection is slim pickings. Employees are not friendly. They do not answer the phone. They half speak in person. I am certain this is a management issue. Most businesses appreciate their clients and want them to spend their money. Not this one. In this case, I ordered a specialty cake.
I'm not sure if this place change owners but all I know is I used to come here a few years ago almost every day because the management was so awesome and they always knew my order and they always had my garlic bagel in stock which most Dunkin' donuts don't always have in stock. Now I go there. They have half the amount of bagels that they used to carry. Great service! I feel sorry for the cashiers and servers who have to deal with the teenagers that come in and scream while they're there. It was irritating for the 5 minutes I was there but the cashiers have to hear that for hours :(
