Friendly atmosphere and friendly workers
I love this place.
First, I love that this place is open late. It’s especially helpful when driving later during the night to grab a quick coffee or better yet ice cream! We need to have more places that are a joint facility. Call me crazy but a cup of coffee with ice cream, though over indulgent, will always be a great combo for me. The staff is friendly the few times I’ve visited and I definitely will catch myself stopping by when I’m in the area.

Dunkin' is a clean and well-maintained restaurant with polite employees. The staff provides great service, despite having to deal with challenging customers. However, some customers have reported a limited selection of items, unfriendly employees, and poor management. Specifically, the bagel selection has decreased, and prices have increased, making it less competitive with other coffee shops like Starbucks. Despite this, the restaurant still offers specialty items, such as specialty cakes. Overall, Dunkin' provides a clean and polite atmosphere, but may need to improve its product offerings and customer service.
