Great service! I feel sorry for the cashiers and servers who have to deal with the teenagers that come in and scream while they're there. It was irritating for the 5 minutes I was there but the cashiers have to hear that for hours :(

Went in for restroom, had to pay for something to use. BathroomWas not very clean for being locked away.Got a small hot chai tea. The price was essentially $5 for me to use the bathroom and the tea I got was not hot and tasted awful.Don’t bother wasting your time or money.

I didn't even get a chance to order my refresher before an employee mopped the floor in front of me without having the kindness to allow me to make my order before she slings the mop around without me slipping while ordering. She was rude and speechless when asked what am I supposed to do walk on the wt floor to order during lunch??? I work food over 30 years and there isn't supposed to be a dirty mop being sling around the patrons and or dinning area. Customer service here doesn't exist at all with all 4 employers on this day. They even allowed what seemingly appeared to be a visually impaired citizen walk on the wet floor I just warned him about. Good luck here. There better D&Ds around the corner even down the street persay. Just don't go here until further notice.

The manager should talk to the workers, because today I placed my order online there and when I go to pick up it, they did not complete it, I ordered 2 coffees and a bagel and they only make the coffees, I'm supposed to do it this to save waiting time, this is the second time it happens to me.

Selection is slim pickings. Employees are not friendly. They do not answer the phone. They half speak in person. I am certain this is a management issue. Most businesses appreciate their clients and want them to spend their money. Not this one. In this case, I ordered a specialty cake.
