My friends and I recently ordered delivery, and unfortunately, the cheese was accidentally left off one of our sandwiches. I submitted a message through the website, and within less than 24 hours, not only did a staff member named Juan reach out to me, but the owner, Efrain, personally contacted me as well. He sincerely apologized and generously offered me a complimentary sandwich.

I took him up on the offer today, and once again, I was amazed by the level of care and hospitality. Efrain went above and beyond by having one of his team members, Henry, personally deliver the food.
I am genuinely shocked and incredibly grateful for the kindness and outstanding customer service that Efrain and his team have shown me and my friends. It's rare to encounter people who care this much about their customers, and it made a lasting impression.

I had the viral chicken Caesar cutlet sandwich which is thin chicken cutlets, lettuce, stracciatella cheese all on their fresh made focaccia bread! If you like chicken cutlet sandwiches or Caesar salads you need to run not walk to DeeDee’s to try this. Their pizza is also really good, they have lots to choose from in the case and always have something unique you’ve probably never heard of. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the portions were very generous. The pork was flavorful with a nice char, and the green sauce on the enchiladas had the perfect tangy kick.
