“This is the first time I've ever experienced customer service this exceptional from a chain restaurant.
My friends and I recently ordered delivery, and unfortunately, the cheese was accidentally left off one of our sandwiches. I submitted a message through the website, and within less than 24 hours, not only did a staff member named Juan reach out to me, but the owner, Efrain, personally contacted me as well. He sincerely apologized and generously offered me a complimentary sandwich.

I took him up on the offer today, and once again, I was amazed by the level of care and hospitality. Efrain went above and beyond by having one of his team members, Henry, personally deliver the food.
I am genuinely shocked and incredibly grateful for the kindness and outstanding customer service that Efrain and his team have shown me and my friends. It's rare to encounter people who care this much about their customers, and it made a lasting impression.

I will absolutely continue supporting this location and recommending it to others. Thank you, Efrain, Juan, Henry, and the entire team for your generosity, professionalism, and genuine kindness. My friends and I truly appreciate everything you did for us.“

“Just moved into the area and stopped in with my visiting daughter. Very friendly owner and staff, so clean and smelled great. Got an apple tuner as hot blueberry muffins came out. Such a nice guy gave me a hot blueberry muffin welcoming me into the area. I will definitely go back and try their Chicken parm with vodka sauce panini!“

They "get it" when it comes to balanced flavor, variety of veggies and even the way they cut them with a special slicer was perfect. Truly Thai is now our go-to Thai food destination. If you like chicken cutlet sandwiches or Caesar salads you need to run not walk to DeeDee’s to try this. Their pizza is also really good, they have lots to choose from in the case and always have something unique you’ve probably never heard of.
