The food was good but it was surprisingly expensive. There are no prices on the menu, so I recommend asking for them before ordering.
I tend to wander in this place late at night, when I'm surprised they're open and even more surprised by the taste of the food. It's a family business where the husband and wife served me tasty, homestyle food and gossiped with me about dietary health and herbs, while I munched. A year later, I wandered in and met their son while exploring my first meal of sopes. It's my favorite Mexican food in the area, and I'm comparing it favorably with the famous place in Dunellen.
