“Tried this pizza place as we moved to Bridgewater lately and was quite amazed to see the options available here. It’s like a subway of pizzas. We ordered 3 pizza with all individual toppings choice. The crust is quite thin and tasty. We enjoyed the whole ambience and the sitting area is clean. They have outdoor seating also.

“This is a small spot. It’s better to just dine out. There is a bench outside that you can sit down and eat.

I’ve tried many Indian Italian fusion restaurants in Central Jersey, and i think this might be the best one I’ve had so far.

The desi desi wings were phenomenal and exactly to my taste.

I also ordered one of the paneer pasta dishes which tasted good as well.

“We had an amazing meal a few weeks ago at Luca’s! We were greeted and seated and waited on promptly. We brought our own wine in which they had no problem opening for us. The food was out of this world. Their meatball appetizer is everything you’ve heard and then some. Incredible sauce, bread service, and our meals were excellent. My partner had the octopus for an appetizer and said it was incredible. Both of our meals were amazing and served timely and piping hot. I had the chicken marsala with mushroom risotto, delicious! “At Luca’s Pizza we just ordered a large cheese pizza to go. It’s amazing! Definitely the best pizza in the middlesex/Piscataway away. I have never been able to finish any entree that I ordered. The entree is accompanied by home made rolls that are fantastic, and either soup or salad. The soup is served in a bowl, not at cup, and can be quite filling. Every soup I sampled was delicious. They make both hot and cold sandwiches! The "Small" sandwich is sizeable. They make thin crust pizza, which is excellent, but you can request a regular, thicker crust if you prefer. The service is always good and everyone is pleasant and helpful. This is our favorite Italian restaurant.“

Walked me through every step from planning, ordering and choosing the right menu. It was the greatest party by far that we ever had. Bigger shout out to the bartender Julia and hostess Gabby. “Carlos pizza is amazing, our absolute favorite pizzeria. We've been getting them for over 8 years. Recently I my food allergy escalated to the point where any exposure to it sends me to the ER. With that said, i haven't been able to order take out as its a major risk. I took a chance and requested them to exclude these ingredients from the pizza and to avoid cross contamination. They went the extra mile and made a safe pizza!! When you're not able to order pizza for months, this means the world lol. BIG THANKS TO CARLOS!! You rock! ❤️“

They’re always making different pies throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh and delicious coming out.

The customer service is impeccable. I’m not from New Jersey, but every time I walk in, they treat me like family. They also have a great lunch special—two slices of any kind. I usually go for the vodka cheese and a pepperoni slice, and it never disappoints. Oh, and you have to try the sugar-free cream soda—it’s so good!

“9/14/25 - NFL Sundays are made for pizza. So we did take out from Mancini's Pizza in East Brunswick, NJ. \n\nWe sat outside while they prepared our order --- one large Sicilian and one large pepperoni. The friendly and helpful staff even tapped on the window to let us know our order was ready. Yes, the restaurant is crowded and does a brisk business which is another good sign.\n\nThe pepperoni is a neopolitan style and a bit on the thinner side. The sauce is absolutely incredible. The cheese is clearly premium. The pie is perfectly prepared and the Italian spices are noticeable with each bite. They use thicker pepperoni slices which I really enjoyed. The big disappointment here is the slices are not very crispy and are very limp. When you pick one up, unfortunately, everything slides right off. It doesn't make it taste bad but its annoying nonetheless. \n\nThe Sicilian slice was by far my favorite. It has that fermented Sicilian crust flavor and when you add their spectacular sauce and premium cheese, it is Sicilian pizza nirvana. The crust is crispy and not dry at all. Great care is taken here paying attention to every detail of this masterpiece. \n\nThe prices here are not friendly for the budget conscious diners. But if you want quality, you have to pay for it.\n\nOverall Rating: A-“

“Every year we take a trip or two to come to this restaurant from Rochester NY ! One year we brought friends of 12 people and went to make reservations and they were full ! Once I told them who we were and we come every year they went above and beyond and got us a private table in the back by the street and accommodated all of us no problem ! Everyone loved it there AND one of their waiters is from where we are in NY it was great to have conversations with him ! Can’t wait to go back again . The mixed drinks as in the mojitos are my favorite! The oil for dipping is perfect !“
