It was my first time trying Massa Roman Square Pizza and I was so impressed. You can see that they use fresh ingredients. The dough is fermented for 3 days and you can taste difference from any other local pizzeria. Definitely stop by and give them some time to make you an exceptional pie. We’ll be coming back to try some of their other pies
Exceptional place. Had Roman square pizza, amatricianni style. You may order 12 slice pie, 6 slice pie, or single slices. Bread is absolutely superb. Signs say bread is fermented for three days. Whatever the secret, it works. Sauce and cheese also fresh and superb. Added caprese salad, which my friend and I fought over, plus house root beer. And the focacci bread snacks, also exceptional. Possibly one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten! Presentation was beautiful, the crust flaky, firm and delicious, the sauce…amazing! If you have tried Massa yet please do yourself a favor and do so!
