I’ve tried many Indian Italian fusion restaurants in Central Jersey, and i think this might be the best one I’ve had so far.

The desi desi wings were phenomenal and exactly to my taste.

I also ordered one of the paneer pasta dishes which tasted good as well.

“We recently moved to the Basking Ridge area and discovered Chianti’s. Obsessed! The wood fired pizza is cooked to perfection. I have an 8, 6, and 19 month old that are always so excited to eat here. They are very accommodating to
families with small children. A highchair is immediately brought over before we even ask. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and great with kids. My favorite dish is the chicken Parmesan. To be honest, one of the bests I’ve ever had. We come here at least once a month, sometimes twice.“

I have never been able to finish any entree that I ordered. The entree is accompanied by home made rolls that are fantastic, and either soup or salad. The soup is served in a bowl, not at cup, and can be quite filling. Every soup I sampled was delicious. They make both hot and cold sandwiches! The "Small" sandwich is sizeable. They make thin crust pizza, which is excellent, but you can request a regular, thicker crust if you prefer. The service is always good and everyone is pleasant and helpful. This is our favorite Italian restaurant.“

They’re always making different pies throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh and delicious coming out.

The customer service is impeccable. I’m not from New Jersey, but every time I walk in, they treat me like family. They also have a great lunch special—two slices of any kind. I usually go for the vodka cheese and a pepperoni slice, and it never disappoints. Oh, and you have to try the sugar-free cream soda—it’s so good!
