So this is NOT Korean fried chicken. If you’ve been to Kasia or HMart you will be very disappointed as this is more like KFC with Korean sauces. Korean fried chicken is distinct due to its incredibly crispy exterior achieved through a double-frying process, often using a thin batter made with potato starch, resulting in a lighter, crispier crust compared to traditional fried chicken. SFC chicken is always wonderful and consistently amazing. Many sauce options with comeback sauce and a ton of great sides. The Southern chick sandwich is fantastic with a taste like no other. Helpful staff is super friendly and above and beyond. Many eaten here multiple times a week since they opened about a year ago. They even lost weight eating here and it is simply fantastic.
