Bad customer service. We asked for kids scoop and the lady there gave us single scoops and said kids scope is not available even though it clearly lists kids scoop as an option on the menu board. I asked to talk to the manager and she refused. Will recommend going to another branch. Never had this issue at another baskin Robbin location before.

They NEVER answer the phone or answer and hang up or leave the phone off the hook. I just wanted to ask what flavors they have or ran out of.

Absolutely do not buy anything at this location, I went with my daughters to get ice cream and we found a cockroach in the ice cream, the owner didn’t want to refund my money unless I promise not to report the place, he cursed me out and didn’t give me my money back
