Tried this pizza place as we moved to Bridgewater lately and was quite amazed to see the options available here. It’s like a subway of pizzas. We ordered 3 pizza with all individual toppings choice. The crust is quite thin and tasty. We enjoyed the whole ambience and the sitting area is clean. They have outdoor seating also.

Blaze Pizza has consistently delivered an enjoyable dining experience, but unfortunately, our recent visit on 10/12/24 was overshadowed by an extremely disappointing customer service interaction, specifically due to the conduct of an employee named Adrian (who was wearing a bucket hat).
From the moment we entered, Adrian’s attitude was surprisingly hostile and unwelcoming. We brought our 15lb mini poodle mix under the impression that dogs were allowed, as there was no signage to indicate otherwise, and we observed another dog inside. Nevertheless, Adrian seemed to take issue with this, openly making disparaging comments about us to other customers and employees—an unprofessional and unacceptable behavior in any service setting.
Later, while we were waiting for our order, my wife peeked through the window to view the menu. Adrian noticed her and, from behind the counter, abruptly asked me, “Is that for you?” When I didn’t immediately understand, he raised his voice, escalating the situation unnecessarily.
Despite the excellent quality of the pizza, which was among the best we’ve had from Blaze Pizza, the blatant lack of professionalism and courtesy at this location was deeply disappointing. I strongly recommend that management address these customer service issues with Adrian and provide training to ensure all staff demonstrate respect and professionalism towards patrons.

The employees were super chill and friendly, and the pizza was delicious. Even if you were there a week ago or a month ago, they recognize you instantly!
This was on a friday night. The customers were the worst. Filled with enabling parents with screaming toddlers (massive respect to the ones that are chill and teach boundaries and food service etiquette!) that made ordering for the next customer wait even longer, and did not clean up after themselves. There was a customer in front of me that asked the guy to replace his gloves... that took close to 5 minutes from that employee's night and the customers behind him. I get there may be dietary restrictions or are worried about germs, but the employees were dusting off the used ingredients from their hands AWAY from the new, and I was getting super peeved with the kind of people I was around.
I felt so bad for the people working that night I added a large tip to my purchase. It wasn't the best I could do, but if I had the money of a billionaire, I'd tip every single person who worked that night.
To all families and individuals ordering from a food business, please learn the basics. If one toddler screams, the next one will follow...and the next...and the next...If it's after 8:30, your young child of 1-51 months is tired and cranky. Go home, put them to sleep and order delivery. Or take them outside/the car (with adult aupervision) to make them learn their place. This coming from a grown adult that was once an attention seeking cranky kid, who's single mother of 2 did exactly that.

Love that they have lifestyle options!! The keto crust is my fav with pesto mushrooms spinach & lots of mozzarella cheese!! Bound Brook is a little bit of a drive for me but it’s soo worth it! So good!! ???

As soon as we walked in, it was a little concerning, there was food, cups and trash all over, immediately assuming they were short staffed, I just continued to the order line! At the line, maybe they can change the food pans more often instead of waiting until they ran out completely, is just not looking very appealing in combination to the trash in the dining. Maybe was just a good day, wrong time wrong place maybe? I will come back, the pizza was good, the cooking, the dough.
Never had a bad experience at this his location, love the staff always friendly…keep up the great work!!!

Very disappointed this morning!! I came into blaze for my 30 min lunch break only to find out that there is no garlic pesto made and is not going to be ready for another hr. I work 15 min away so my lunch is over. Thanks a very disappointed customer

Highly disappointed I visited the Bridgewater location to be sadly disappointed of the fact there was no garlic pesto made and their excuse was that the manger went to the bank, morale of the story is I'm now searching for food when I had my heart set on blaze pizza , they have to do better... I love that I can build my own pizza!! My favorite is the Cauliflower crust and I get lots of fresh vegetable toppings and at the end I get a little pesto sauce, olive oil and arugula on the top! WOW is it delicious!!! The employess at the Bound Brook/Bridgewater store are very friendly, helpful, kind and nice!! I LOVE Blaze Pizza!!!
