Workers were rude didn’t give proper portions didn’t mention extra charges to my friend. Overall bad experience.

they barely gave me anything! the worker was kept taking out stuff from my bowl. every table was messy. my bowl was fully vegetarian, and i found STEAK in my fajita veggies! never going here again. worst chipotle ever.

Chimney rock chipotle In particular has amazing food. I can taste the lime. The steak melts in your mouth. It has been great every time I’ve gone. Actually, I’ll only go there now. They are friendly and listen to what you want. But above all I am super impressed by how delicious the food at this location is. No other chipotle that I have been to is this good. Keep it up. Love it.

Asked for Corn and they gave me Guacamole and then they never took it off after the person ordering said they didn’t want guacamole. There was also no rice left and instead of getting more they used what was probably enough rice for one bowl for two. Then to top it off they forgot a tortilla on the side. Will not be returning. (They also charged me for the guacamole that I never wanted)

I’ve been here twice. Last time, my burrito wasn’t that good. I got steak and it tasted blander than other locations’, there was soo much lettuce, and all the cheese was on just one half of the burrito. I got queso and there was so much on one half but not the other so I asked for a little more so it could be even and she gave attitude saying it would be extra again so I just left it alone. The cashier didn’t say a single thing to me and just gave me a stank eye when I had to pay? so that was the first time.

Second time was today. It’s been a while and I rlly wanted a burrito so I came back (oops). The girl in the front of the line was rushing ppl like CRAZY even tho it was just three of us in the line and nothing crazy was going on. I asked for queso too in the bigger cup but she gave it in the little side plastic cup. I didn’t wanna talk to her bc she seemed kinda upset ig so I just left it. The next girl puts pico all onto one side, cheese, and SO MUCH lettuce. When I was eating this thing it felt like I took a bite out of a head of lettuce. I can’t get over the pico bc when I took a bite I got a lovely mouthful of JUST pico and tortilla, so then there was no pico in the rest of the burrito which was like 70% lettuce. I got chips too this time and they were either SUPER salty or had no salt. They were kinda stale too. The cherry on top: there was a hair in the burrito :) I know it wasn’t mine bc it was black and curly and my hair is not like that. I honestly don’t wanna go back again cuz the ppl can be rude and both times I went the food was just not that good. I don’t wanna have this a third time. I like chipotle, just not this one.

One good thing was my cashier was nice. The pico lettuce girl kinda snapped at her for a second and I was like damn okay… The nice cashier had a lot of facial piercings so thanks for being cool.

TLDR if u want disproportionate burritos and hair in your food, you should come here! I’m not trying to be a Karen but like cmon…

Ordered a chicken bowl, found a piece of beef in my bowl. Also, the Chicken was not seasoned well. It's definitely not like other Chipotle's I've been to. Also, they were stingy with quantities and service was pretty dull overall. Definitely not like other Chipotle's I've been too. The only plus is the location, but the standard of food and service are definitely not up to Chipotle standards I'm used to.

This Chipotle USED to be my favorite Chipotle to go to, until tonight. I arrived an hour and a half prior to closing, and when I walked in to pick up my order, it was a hot mess, and there were only two customers besides myself.

When I checked my bowl, they didn't put in anything I had asked for, including guac, which is extra!! Then, my quesadilla wasn't even made with the right cheese??? They used the queso dip instead of the shredded cheese, it was disgusting.

What's even worse is that instead of telling me they ran out of ingredients, they didn't say anything at all and let me leave with a disgusting and incomplete order because they thought they could getaway with being slick!

Never coming back here, AGAIN.

I walked into this Chipotle thinking it’d be a good experience for my money but oh was I wrong. I order my usual (a chicken bowl) excited to eat. However, I’m greeted upon the sight of dry, old food and a worker insisting on being cheap. I thought the Chipotle CEO made a memo to all chipotle’s to be more generous, but I guess this worker didn’t hear from him. I literally got a couple of cubes of chicken, and this isn’t an understatement… ALSO, my biggest complaint, a piece OF STEAK WAS IN MY BOWL! Can you guys not keep your counters organized enough to the point where other ingredients end up in other bins?!?!?! People with dietary restrictions should NEVER eat here. The workers running the line need to be WATCHED!

Yenifer, gave me excellent customer service, I'm amazed to see her doing her job at Grill as a cashier, it's so good that I was happy to see how hard she tries. I like this chipotle, they give you some extra food without paying more, in other places you just have to pay more but not here. Thank you for such excellent staff.

I’ve been to many Chipotle franchises over 3 counties and this one is the best on a consistent basis! No other comes close for customer service, food freshness and quality!

Not only the portions the food quality has declined. The chicken and steak taste rubbery I texture with no taste. The meat did not taste properly seasoned or marinated.

Double steak? They won’t give you that portion. Ask for a little more since you’re a paying customer? “Triple charge you”. As someone who goes to this location and the one nearby, never heard that before. Manager said quesadilla maker is down but will gladly offer to charge you more money for 2 kids quesadillas. Horrible service.

Always super clean, super fresh and Fam’ friendly ! From all Chipotle around them, this one rule ! ? ??
