Worst Chipotle store I ever went to till now! Staff is very rude and keeps the store very nasty. The girl who was making our bowl was behaving as if we are eating in free. I asked for salsa and veggies in veggie bowl but she replied very rudely that we are out of it. But we can totally see that everything was stocked up at back but she was just lazy to pick it up from there to the curb. And they served very cold food.It’s better if they just open self service buffet so we can make our bowl by ourselves instead of dealing with lazy staff.

Make sure you arrive 2+ hours before closing time. Apparently they start cleaning up and stop making food at 8:30 even though closing time is 10:00pm. Very unfortunate for those traveling to eat.

NEVER get takeout. Every single time there is something missing in the order and the portions are tiny compared to when you order in store. I cannot exaggerate this enough they always mess it up. I paid extra for queso in my burrito and they of course failed to add it, and on top of that several other things missing in the order. Really aggravating.

I can't believe this one only has three stars. I mean it's Chipotle I'm rating it based on being a Chipotle lol. But I've never had an issue with them running out of something and not willing to make it. Sometimes you have really slow and employees that will ignore you while they finish whatever tasks they feel like they need to do it that moment. Like one time a girl put on the last set of gloves but then instead of taking my order she walked away got a new box and put it in even though she already had a set of gloves on lol. But besides that it's pretty great. The portions they don't really skimp on. But today I knew I had to write my review. There was this Spanish girl with tattoos (I saw that manual shift knob too girl ?) that was super efficient She was helping down the whole line when they got jammed up. She's very efficient and her portions were beautiful!This is definitely the better Chipotle in the area.

Nope. Dint have lettuce for the veg salad bowl. What am I paying $14 for then? Stale cold veggies n cold cold sofritas? I’d rather get loaded veg pizza next door anyday if the habit burger closes early. Worst run chipotle I have seen so far and have seen about 40-50+ ..just read the reviews and someone had meat in veg bowl and bug in the guac. shouldve read em before my purchase. This is my mistake.

Good location and food is great. Staff were friendly and patiently filling the requirement. Ordered Chicken bowl and Quesadilla, both are tasty. In summers we can sit outside and enjoy the beauty of Chimney Rock .Dietary restrictions: One on protein diet can skip rice and have remaining all like beans, salad, chicken, glaucomole etc

Decided to try it for dinner for take out. All but one of the staff were engage with the customers. Sad, customer service is very important part of business. Food was not impressive , Panchero in Bridgewater food was tastier and has more additional options for toppings. I am going back to Panchero’s!
We stopped here with our youth group. Because.... we know they do a great job and are fast so we wouldn't be holding up the line for others (and we could still get the group home on time). They didn't disappoint. They were great and we got out of there quickly with happy teens full of Mexican fast food. Thank you!!

The people working the line were probably the most careless workers I’ve ever encountered at a chipotle. Wasn’t the least bit busy and no one behind us in line. They just did not care. Gave me the tiniest portions of everything including the protein which is literally what customers pay for and when I said something, she just ignored me. Also asked for guacamole which as everyone knows is an extra $2.90 and when I say I got a little more than a tablespoon quantity of it. My husband then ordered a burrito that was leaking out of every side and ultimately ripped while she was rolling it. She just wrapped it up with more foil even after we said something to the person checking us out (who also couldn’t care less). Just really poor staff.
