I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location several times, and while the drinks and food are usually fine, I often feel a bit out of place during my visits. The staff tends to speak among themselves in Indian frequently, which can make the environment feel less welcoming as a customer. It would be nice if there were a bit more engagement or acknowledgment when customers walk in — just something to make the space feel more inviting.

Bad attention. I don't give it stars since they serve reluctantly, they see you speaking in Spanish and it seems bad to them. I do not recommend this store to consume. I prefer Wawa or quick check, which serve much better.
11/18/24 I’m back because there was another long hair in my drink yesterday and since my last review I guess no manager cares because they all still don’t wear hair nets. Especially the young people who work there. I come here because I like the staff but I’ll go to Main Street from now on until they alll wear hair nets

This place never has what the app advertises. The management is too lazy to update this locations product availability on the app. So it's deceiving. When I make a mobile order and go to pick it up they tell me we don't have it. This is unacceptable. Smarten up Dunkin!
