Honestly, this guy(maybe manager or owner or something) super disrespectful to his staff. Been there multiple times and has been out of matcha and chai. It's Dunkin so it's good but always an interesting time
Ordered in advance through the app, a sandwich, hash browns, a donut and a coffee. When I walked in, they had only the coffee ready and seemed confused when I said I had ordered other items. After looking at the computer, they realized the mistake and quickly got the rest ready. Sandwich, hash browns and coffee we're good, donut was mediocre.
They quickly knew me and and would see me pull in and prepare my order so when I got to the countermy ordered at the same time the staff there always served me fast and the order was prepared perfectly they are like my best friend.
