I drove from one town over in order to find this location of DD & Baskin Robbins. My cousin & I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes and a double scoop in a cup to go. After the employee made the sundaes & put whipped cream on them, I asked about the hot fudge & peanuts? She stated that they were out of hot fudge & peanuts. I asked her why she didn't inform us? She just shook her head & shrugged her shoulders. I then asked if she was going to change me for a hot fudge sundaes & she said yes, it still has whipped cream... I paid the bill but didn't complain the next day to the franchise manager. This Google review popped up & reminded me, so I'll complain here.

This location is creating serious legal exposure for itself and the Dunkin’ brand due to the conduct of its store manager. And unbeknownst to the store manager he himself can also be added as a defendant in a civil suit.

Deceptive pricing:
On a recent visit, my boyfriend and I ordered a $6 meal deal and a sandwich clearly listed at $5.99. The total should have been approximately $13 with tax, yet we were charged $18.49. When I requested an explanation or to view the POS screen, the manager became hostile rather than correcting or clarifying the discrepancy. Charging prices inconsistent with posted menu pricing is deceptive and unacceptable.

Harassment and discriminatory treatment:
On a separate visit, I entered the store without issue. When my boyfriend (who is Black) arrived moments later and stood quietly in the vestibule while we planned to order, the manager aggressively confronted him and demanded he leave or buy something. We are frequent paying customers. The contrast in how we were treated was obvious and deeply concerning.

Improper police involvement:
During a prior pricing dispute, the manager escalated the situation by calling the police despite no disturbance or safety issue. Using law enforcement to intimidate customers over routine transactions is inappropriate and troubling.

These incidents are documented, and the store’s cameras will corroborate the events described. This is not a staffing issue — it is a management issue. Dunkin’ corporate and district management should intervene immediately before this results in formal complaints or legal action

When I went in to ask for the district managers name- the franchise management company info or corporate email he ran to the back.

Also I really hope that every single license that this location needs - milk, sale tax, weight and measurement etc is all up to date

I do plan on making formal complaints to the franchise owner- Dunkin Corporate

And if I have to deal with any similar instances then I will look into my legal recourses of principle alone

Gf and I came here to get something and there is still like 11 mins left and the lady across the register bolts and locks us out while looking at us….i will be sure to let management know cause that’s really messed up I could understand there was nothing left or whatever but to run and lock us out? I’d give 0 star

Place looks well kept from the outside, I did not go inside. No drive thru here. But there were 2 spaces in the parking lot for curbside pickup.
Just got a couple of coffees on a Saturday morning Bevis curbside pickup. Order while parked in a spot and then only waited about 2 minutes for my order to come out. No issues.

Since moving to bound brook it was convient there’s a Dunkin donut from me. Every morning I come here to get coffee the manager is extremely nice and the young Spanish lady. But there’s this one older Spanish lady with brown ish hair and marks on her face she is just AWFUL. Her customer service is trash. I tell her how to make my coffee she make it another way and when I tell her to make it again she refuse. I decided to b the bigger person n ignore her. Then everytime I go back she more nasty but nice to other Hispanic customers. So today I went to order a $6 meal I asked her please toast my bread before she act like she didn’t hear me and just handed me the sandwich I told her u heard me saying excuse you then she act like she don’t speak English so I snatch my bag so upset! Why is it that I have to get a sandwich I don’t want because you didn’t want to listen. Another thing the train right next door why is there one person working in the morning only so we have to wait for one person to take order and make your meal while rushing for the train even if we come in earlier than our train time the service is extemley slow. I just brought me a keruig to make my own coffee because I don’t want to be stress before work. I just don’t understand why ppl work in customer service and have a attitude it’s ridiculous. Then she try to justify her actions by saying I’m going to tell the manager I said no problem I will as well. No care in the world just being disrespectful n nasty for no reason

I come here frequently because it’s the only place on Main Street I can get a donut and iced latte but today I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. When I went to use the restroom I heard the manager screaming at his employee. How do you treat ppl like that? AND IN FRONT OF MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS! If your employees are not doing a good job, the manager is to blame! Dont take out your lack of management skills on them! Oh and they are severely understaffed too and now I know why. Hostile work environment.
