It's hard for me to accurately describe how good the food was, because it was beyond delicious. Most of it was simple Colombian, but done so well that it just took over our evening. Even the white rice was crazy good. The prices were medium, but certainly worth every penny. The charred steak had so much flavor that I want to start cooking it in my professional kitchen. We had mofongo, which is a dish I grew up with. I've had it hundreds of times in many places, but this version was superb, with fried plantains and bits of pork and shrimp. Good sauces, and the little empanadas had the ultimate crispyness! 6 stars

Servers need to be re-trained! The wait for someone to get your order is like 20-30, you want some water you have to wait another 20-30 mins for them to come back. I could understand if it was busy. But my party was the largest party at the time with like 10 waiters/waitresses sitting around talking.

Terrible !! can’t rate the food since after 1hr of waiting sitting on a table no drinks or food was ever served, so we let, and let me just say the place was not busy at all. No matter how great the food is said to be, the service it’s the worse I have eve seen in my life

It is a very good place, I recommend it, there is a lot of variety of food, there are also delicious pastries, bonus bread and much more, everything is delicious, a very fantastic place.

Terrible experience. While the drinks are okay, the food is a joke. Charging $25 for a plate of bland chicken. On top of that the help are asking for cash tips at the end of everything... you want better service, go down 2 stores down.

Yesterday I went to eat there, they gave me a table next to a wall that looks like a tree and a spider came down from there ?️ then there was a big fly walking around, that's not the problem, the problem is that the food is bad, the bananas are not They were well cooked, the beans were tasteless, the meat was salty and in the end they charged me with an 18% tip on a table of 4 people. I did not agree but there they had already charged it because the bill was over $100.00 I have I understand that in a restaurant the tip is included when there are more than five people, not 4, and not because it is over $100. With the price of the dishes, any bill is over $100.00. I know this because my wife works in a restaurant in Highly renowned Manhattan, be careful because they also bring you a receipt to sign and they want you to add more tip. THIS IS THEFT AND AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE. CONSUMER AFFAIR WILL BE HAPPY TO VISIT THIS PLACE AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF THE FLIES AND SPIDERS. I do not recommend it. I travel a lot to different states and eat in different restaurants and I have never come across a restaurant with thief practices.
Do yourself a favor and say no to forced tipping.
