Truly a hidden italian gem. Food was cooked to perfection, bread continued to come and service was spectacular.

Great food and service. Old school style. Worthy.
So disappointed. Live in the area for 10 years and always saw this place and finally wanted give it a try. Did order take out but I literally live 2 minutes away. Calamari was under cooked and no taste, chicken parm was tasteless. And the shrimp salad was so soggy. We didn’t eat it and threw it out. I’m so sorry.

Celebrated my daughter's college graduation. Everything was delish!!
Chicken Francaise was so tender and juicy, the sausage and peppers also tender and my favorite Penne Aurora was delish!!
Mama Rosina's was extremely accomodating and the staff was very attentive.
Mama Rosina's is the best!!
Thank you for a great afternoon!

Bolognese was super watery and tasteless, raviolis were fine but average, also 2$ charge to have them BAKED? nice stale Kaiser roll on side for bread. Gross. Live across the street, went for convenience and will not return.

Ordered takeout raviolis and rigatoni bolognese. Extremely small portions for the price - rigatoni was overcooked and the sauce was watery and gross. They tossed in a stale sliced Kaiser roll in Saran Wrap that looked like they got off the ground in the back alley. Super disappointing and a total waste of money. Will not be going back.

This restaurant is in an old train station. It has an old world feel. It was not packed and had returning patrons. The servers knew many by name. We were quickly seated and ask our drink choices. I was pleasantly surprised at size and taste of my Malibu Bay breeze. I had been in this restaurant years ago and the serving cup was small. Then the waitress came for our order. I did not like the calamari. It looked too pale and didn’t have much flavor. My Veal though was very tasty and a large portion. My husband said his Veal Franchise was just ok.

Ordered an eggplant rollatini app and my companion had liguini with clams. Both dishes were delicious. The eggplant app was more than enough for lunch with warm bread and a glass of chianti. The linguini included a salad and there was enough to take home leftover. Both were classic dishes, executed beautifully, hitting all the right notes. the marinara was perfect! Service was friendly and attentive, great ambience in what was formerly a train station. Recommend!

Went out for a birthday dinner with friends. My first time eating here and I have zero complaints. The food was good and service was great. The chocolate cake was perfect. Barely had enough time to take a picture before it disappeared! Antonio really took it to the top. Awesome place, not too big, awesome people.

We love Mama's Rosinas in Bound Brook, and love to drop in on Fridays for beer and wings ( the best in Town)!!! Tonight was exceptional, wings and fries crispy and delicious, and muscles tasty. Beer cold, wine cold. I would have photos, but I ate everything too fast!! If you are in the neighborhood, stop by!

Went for an event this weekend. Food has a good presentation, but not all was the best. Caesar salad lacked much taste.
