We recently moved to the area and I find myself here at least weekly. The staff is genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make your sandwich exactly as you want. They’ve never messed up an order even with customizations. They have started to remember us and know what we like!

Ruby and Valentina, goes far and beyond for customer satisfaction, a family member received a sandwich that they didn't care for, and Valentina (with Ruby's authorization) made sure it was immediately replace with a more satisfactory item, customer service in this day and age has been depleted by lack of patience etc.
I appreciate that you focused on what was best for us. Thanks Guys, you made our day

This place has great cleaning habits between sandwiches. I ordered 1 sandwiches with meat and 1 without meat. They waited to slice all the meat for the meat sandwich then took the time to clean the meat & cheese slicer before slicing the cheese for the non neat sandwich. For me personally, I would've been ok with my cheese touching the area meat was on, but I think it's very thoughtful, clean, and respectful to clean in-between. I appreciated seeing that.
