Utterly disappointed the way they treated their regular customers when being charged twice. It’s seems like you are the faulty customer in the conversation, I repeated 7 times until I was so frustrated, the lady can not understand why credit card being charge 2 times, even hang up on me. Calling multiple times back and forth they didn’t ask me for any credit card information or proof. Too bad I call my credit card company for dispute now.

Got to this location @ 7:35pm and doors were locked although they claim they “close at 8pm”. Looks like other people have this issue too.
Very bad service. Ordering a sandwich through DoorDash, and they sent me a horrible salad that I don't think anyone would eat. They ruined my morning. Very bad of them. I don't recommend it for anything in the world.

Prepackaged (boxed) deserts ingredients list is overwhelming. Especially for Japanese cheesecakes… they supposed to have only 5-6 ingredients, but here they are made with almost 100…

I came here to meet a friend out of town and I was so embarrassed to suggest this place to her. The place looked disgusting from floor to restroom to garbage can to tables. OMG!!! On top of that, they were moving glass during working hours and it all shattered in the floor and they seemed to have panicked… maybe it was just a bad day for them but you can’t compare that location to the one in Montgomery which is almost always spotless. Never going to this location ever!!!

Very unpleasant experience. They close at any time they wish. Went here 10 minutes before closing time. The door was locked but there were still some customers inside. The lady would not let us in. When asked why, she was really rude and said “we can close it at any time… and also there are a lot of flies inside”. That is actually a bigger problem, with flies sitting on pastries, I probably won’t want to eat it anyway.
What happened to customer service?!?! Nowhere to be seen.

I have been to this location many times, since they opened, to dine in, pick up food for special occasions and for drinks. Today will mark my last day stepping foot into this establishment.
I had placed an order this morning for a Cappuccino Cake for my best friend’s special coffee themed birthday party. The party was to start at 4:00 and I ordered the cake, on the app, at 11 am to be picked up at 3:30. I paid ahead of time. Around noon the app said the order was complete and ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store at 3:30 the cake display case was very empty with only about 4 cakes. This seemed unusual especially considering they are open until 8pm. I went to the desk, it took a while for someone to come to the counter. When they did, I told the young man that I had ordered ahead and gave him my name. He was very confused and went to the back. This was the first sign that there would be a problem. When he returned he had no cake in hand and said nothing, just stood off to the side without making eye contact. A young girl came out from the back, with a receipt, calling my name. She informed me that they did not have the cake because they “did have a cappuccino cake that morning but it was bad so they threw it out.” Now I was very upset. You don’t have the cake and no one called to inform me even though in the app it said it was ready 3.5 hours prior??? I expressed this to her and she said she had nothing to do with this and knew nothing about it. She asked if I would like to purchase another cake. Why would I like to purchase another cake when the one I purchased is not there? I wanted a refund.
At the register it took her and another young girl 20 minutes to issue a refund, neither making eye contact. After 20 minutes they said I was good to go without a receipt or any proof that they had issued a refund. I requested a receipt which was only a piece of paper showing a $0 transaction.
I again expressed my frustration with the whole situation, as well as not being alerted ahead of time about the lack of cake. I shared that now I was late to a party and had no dessert. The girl informed me again that she had nothing to do with it and she didn’t know what happened. Where is the person in charge that knows what happened then?
I am deeply saddened by this whole situation. Not only did I show up empty handed to my friends party without something they were looking forward to but I was not informed ahead of time that the cake would not be waiting for me when I got there. I didn’t have time to plan for something else. Plus, I was charged already for the missing cake, that it is obvious was sold to someone else. There was no compensation or remorse for the major mistake that they made other than a waste of my time. I unfortunately will not be able to return to a location that does not value their customer’s business, time or feelings.

I dropped into this Paris Baguette as I didn't have time to find a proper coffee shop and I was in the market for a coffee shop.
It smelled great, so many donuts and pastries all over the place.
But then I heard the soft murmer of Carol King 'Its too late (baby)' coming through the sound system and I just could not deal and left.
Maybe extreme but music does count as enhancing or detracting from the overall atmosphere and this was not my speed so to speak.
Everything else looked like it would have been tasty.
I will add that I went here with a friend who did get me a cup of drip coffee which was Lavazza brand and it was quite a good and hit the spot. There is ample outdoor seating too. On a nice day a beautiful spot for pastry & coffee.

I ordered 3 matcha lattes and all of them came almost looking white, tastes like milk and no matcha. I also ordered the ham and Swiss roll and it was missing the ham. I tried to call, sent me to voicemail 4 times before someone picked up and left me on hold and never got back to me.
