I love this place! Good quality food, nice employees + all employees are on top of their service. Fun place to eat and enjoy drinks. All employees are welcoming, especially Ashley. She's fun and friendly. No complaints whatsoever of this place, highly recommend for anyone looking for quick service, quality food, and a good time. 5 stars!

My husband and I stopped here on our way back to PA from NY. So glad we did. The food was great. Generous portions. My husband had a burger and fries and I had chicken fajitas. Everything was delicious. Bartender doubled as the waitress--we came in on a Tuesday afternoon--she was really nice. It seemed like a few locals were there and must be their hangout. Quiet place ... has indoor and outdoor dining. Clean.

I love this place!! We went there last Saturday around 4:45pm. The second we walked in, our hostess/bartender was so amazing, joyful and gave us a warm welcome. She made one of the best cocktails ever, a Summer something--I cannot remember the name--I enjoyed it a lot. Our food was great, we got fries, chicken sandwich, and onion rings. Quite tasty! I would definitely recommend this place, go say hi to the bartender/host!
Randomly stopped at this bar on my way home. First time there and my experience was nothing short of pleasant. Bree (i think that’s how it’s spelled) was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely professional considering how busy the bar was. They had Karaoke which was different then most of my karaoke experiences. It was more like a multi person concert! It was refreshing to see everyone having a good time and not a empty drink in anyones hands. I will definitely be back!!

The New West Brook Tavern is a great venue for homestyle meals. Large portions very reasonably priced!! Stephanie is a fabulous bartender and hostess! The food is very tasty! Waitress was very rude, willing to argue and throw a fit rather than listen, she went into a public rant trying to belittle me in front of all the other guests, waited forever to get a second drink , while she waited on and talked and laughed with her friends at the other end of the bar. karaoke music was extremely loud. The Thai chili wings were tasty, but I'll spend my money where I will be respected and treated with kindness.

We had our Mom's repass luncheon with 40 people. From the staff to the waiters and waitresses, the service and the food were excellent. No one had to look for a waiter or waitress they were on top of everything. I wouldn't hesitate going there for dinner and will definitely let them handle any parties we may have.
